Charming Historic House in Downtown Mystic

We loved stayed in your 1776 historical Mystic Seaport cottage. The 6 college roommates enjoyed every minute of our stay and the accommodations were most comfortable. Thanks again. We will hopefully be back!

Appliances were dirty..they needed to be wiped down..The sidewalks could have been shoveled & cleared better. Overall our stay was comfortable. The cottage is cozy, plenty of heat since it was pretty cold. Close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay in Mystic. Our hosts were responsive to email, as well as accommodating when it because clear we’d need to leave early to avoid a blizzard. The house is, indeed, charming and very clean, with everything one would need for an extended stay. We appreciated the extra touches, like plenty of caffeinated and decaf coffee, Perrier, nuts, and cookies. The house is well-located, just a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants and sites in that area. Easy parking for three vehicles. We highly recommend this little historic house and only wish we could have been there in better weather to enjoy the back yard and fire pit.

Cute house in a great location. Easy option for two adults, a baby, an a dog. Hosts were easy to chat with and left some helpful amenities like coffee and snacks.

This home has it all. Walking distance to downtown, clean and cozy accommodations and wonderful owners. I will book again in the future.

The house was perfect for our college girlfriend’s weekend! It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking/eating in, beds were comfortable and location was perfect! A quick walk to downtown. I would highly recommend staying here and we are looking forward to our next visit!

The owner was very accommodating. We arrived early. He was nearly done with the housekeeping and told us we were invited to come in and wait until he was done.

Our stay in Mystic was absolutely wonderful! The house was quaint, charming, and spotless - clearly very well cared for. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing girls trip. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to downtown Mystic with its great shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The host was exceptionally responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mystic. J. Great place with everything you could possibly need! The beds were extremely comfortable! Full of New England charm and loved all the little touches.

We have been visiting Mystic for 20 years almost yearly. We have stayed at many different places. This house is very cute, it’s small but has personality and is in a good location. I would say a family of four fits nicely, anything more would be a bit much. It was clean. It’s in a convenient location and we were able to walk to all our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. The house has pretty much everything you need and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and had labels and books to help guide you through any little obstacle an older house like this may have. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. We will definitely add this to the list of locations we like to stay in the Mystic area.

The house was perfect for our stay in Mystic, centrally located to many of the areas attractions. The home was comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely look forward to booking here again!

We loved staying here. Hosts were wonderful. Easy to communicate with. House was very clean and taken care of. Yard was very nice. Had air conditioning. 3 parking spots. Within walking distance of downtown mystic, the drawbridge, CVS and more. Totally recommend.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was within walking distance of many attractions and was very comfortable. The hosts left bagels and cereal, along with coffee, milk and snack mix we would book this stay again in the future.

Great location to visit Mystic and surrounding areas. The house was well appointed and perfect for our needs. The hosts provided breakfast provisions and there was handmade soap in the bathrooms. Nice touch!

Absolutely wonderful cottage. The owners have provided a very warm and welcoming environment with all of the comforts of home. Extra bonus is the location as the property is in downtown so you can walk to all that Mystic has to offer. The hosts were a delight to do business with as well and our family would return for another stay!

Lovely home within walking distance of downtown and the museum. The owners were responsive and the home was exactly as described. The kitchen was spacious and the living room comfortable for our family. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

We had an amazing stay. The home was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The host left a nice little welcome package of milk, butter and bagels. The location is perfect we only used our car once, we walked everywhere. I would 100% recommend this cottage and hope to come back again.

Beautiful home in a great location. We loved walking to restaurants and taking in the sights of Mystic. Our Westie loved walking around town and watching the squirrels from the patio door. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Easter dinner.

On the sixth anniversary of our daughter’s passing, we got together with another daughter, her husband, and their Australian shepherd dog for family time. It was chilly, but we enjoyed our time together. Mystic is a lovely spot, even in early March. Your home was a lovely oasis for us. Thank you!

I came from NY with my 8 yr old and 5 yr old and met up w my sister from RI and her 5 yr old. We had a nice overnight at the cottage, playing with the Legos and reading books, sharing a meal after a day exploring the aquarium and shops. We hope to come back at some point! Thanks for a great, charming spot!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this adorable cottage close to downtown. James and Wendy couldn’t have made our stay more relaxing. We appreciated talking to them and giving us dinner recommendations.

Wonderful little property and close to all things Mystic! Comfortable and relaxing with room for all of us and plenty of space for us all to relax and my 1.5 year old granddaughter to play! Everything was clean and it had all we needed to cook meals. The highchair, travel crib,

House was cute and convenient to town. The bathrooms were clean except for moldy windows shade. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great- so nice to have milk, coffee and bagels! Loved the out door area - in the back. We’d stay again!

The property was perfect. There is a steep flight to the second floor, but we were informed about it before we booked. Just know both bathrooms are on the first floor. Property was spotless, perfect location for exploring Mystic and surroundings. Hosts were welcoming and easy to deal with. Well stocked kitchen.

Nicely updated historic home walking distance from everything! The house is halfway between the historic seaport and downtown making everything easily accessible. Park when you arrive and don't need to get in the car again!

We were only stayed for one night, but it was perfect! Great location, super clean, comfy beds. Would definitely go back for a longer stay.
