Stayed Sep 26, 2025Just what we needed. We were visiting our daughter at ETSU and it was a perfect landing place for the family. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to campus so easily. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out, cook in the kitchen, and just enjoy our time in JC.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Beautiful, clean, charming home inside and out , walkable to Johnson city and ETSU. We enjoyed our stay as a family at this property while visiting our ETSU student . It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood. During our downtime it was a Great place for sitting on the front porch and enjoying the spacious backyard area.
