Charming and comfortable house within walking distance of restaurants
Close to Church street and restaurants. Easy to get around.
The home is older than we expected. Not a bad thing, just have to know the home is over 100 years old and what comes with that. Good location in relation to downtown, but the area does have homeless people moving around. One surprised us at night sleeping on the neighbors porch and someone went through the inside of the rental car after I forgot to lock it. The lighting in the upstairs bath could be brighter. Hard to see in there at night. A TV in the guest room would also be nice. Nothing major wrong, 4 out of 5.
This home was cute, clean, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that wasn't great was the downstairs bathroom had an urine smell. The bathroom was as clean as could be so I am not sure why the smell was there. Other than that it was perfect.
Walking distance to Church Street and the waterfront. Clean and comfortable.
We stayed during our daughter's UVM move-in. The house was nice and as advertised. The welcome gifts of wine, chocolates and drinks in the fridge were a nice surprise. The proximity to Church Street and the waterfront was great. Our only issue was it was very noisy with traffic and students on Pearl Street. Being the first few days students returned to campus probably made it worse than it normally would be.
Great time in Burlington for our son’s wedding. House was in a perfect location for walking to all event sites and so close to all food abs shops on Church. House is older but charming and everything worked!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful, walkable to Church Street and the waterfront. And the accommodations are lovely and comfortable - the newly renovated kitchen was especially nice, and very well equipped. We appreciated finding a bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived! My only suggestion would be to make the directions to the house, which are in the welcome book, available online, as Google Maps took us to the wrong address.
This is easily the nicest and cleanest rental on Vrbo that we’ve ever stayed in. Great location and it was stocked with everything you could ever need. Would definitely stay here again.
Great stay, easy walking distance. It’s a little noisy when the 2am crowd walks home from the bars. But Susan has a sleep machine available to use to help drown out the noise
Susan is a dream of a property manager. She answered the very few questions we had quickly, reached out to let us know about some fun 4th of July festivities happening, and even left us some wine and chocolates. The house was the perfect set up for our group to relax from busy days, cool family style meals when we were too tired to go out, and had more than enough space for everyone to not feel cramped. It was less than a 5 minute walk to Church street and less than 10 to the waterfront so you truly can’t beat the location. Highly recommend staying here on your Burlington visit!
Ideal location in town, walkable to everything. Beautiful home.
Well located close to downtown and very clean. Great trip.
The house was lovely! It was spacious, great location, and contained everything we needed. The property manager could not have been more gracious!
We visited Burlington to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and some friends. The house was perfect for hosting- kitchen is large and well supplied and plenty of room to spread out. Location is convenient to everything- great stay!
Great location and very comfortable accommodations.
This was a perfect property! Excellent and convenient location, immaculately clean, and very helpful info provided by manager upon arrival. Highly recommended!
House was perfect for us, came for a family wedding. Perfect location, convenient to everything. Stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer. House was extremely clean. Nice porch they we enjoyed just hanging out and people watch. Lots of college kids, party across street Saturday night, but they didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again if we get back to area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable for our family of five. The location is fantastic and Susan was very responsive and accommodating. Overall a great experience.
The proximity to church street was perfect. It’s a college town so it was a little noisy at night when kids were walking home. Lots of amenities and everything we needed during our stay
A pleasant stay for two nights. The house has everything we needed. The space is great for family members with plenty of space to spread out. The location is perfect for walking around Burlington, close to Church Street and walkable to the waterfront area. Susan was able to answer all our questions and was very pleasant. There are a lot of college students in this area and Saturday night was fairly loud outside with people walking by, so we appreciated the white noise devices in each room. They did the trick.
The house was great. We stayed there the first weekend the students returned to school and it was very loud. No problem with the house at all but plan to stay there when the students are not partying all night right next door.
Great location--easy walk to all that church street has to offer & very close to UVM. This is a charming old house with a lovely renovated kitchen which is well equipped--great pots/pans, Keurig w/ pods, coffee pot & they even provide spices. Hostess was very nice and easily reached.
Great location, close to Church Street, waterfront and campus. Food, market and things to do all within walking distance. Inside house was spacious and well appointed, having almost everything that we could have needed. Aside from struggling with the latch to the gate and getting screens pulled down on the windows, it was pretty darn perfect for three people who wanted to reunite at UVM/Burlington. Property manager was great when we called with a question (re: the latch) and because property was so well appointed, didn't need to be in touch with them again. Also, super nice to have off-street parking available. Would definitely stay there again on a return trip.
This was a great house for a friend reunion with 2 couples and a single. Good location and very clean and roomy.
