Newly Renovated, Downtown Home with Lake Views

Beautiful views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Host readily available and responsive to any questions I had. Well stocked kitchen.

Great place in a very nice neighborhood!We had a great weekend with 6 girls.Note: there is a dining table, between kitchen and sitting area, not shown in pictures.

Comfortable furniture and modern climate control made for a nice stay. Hosts were easy to work with and maintain a clean home. The gorgeous view cannot be overstated. We would stay here again.

The host was very helpful. The house had a wonderful view from the room where we always congregated. Everything looked new and clean. 4 bedrooms gave everyone their own personal space. Kids slept late and lounged around. Taking a shower was never a deal with upstairs and downstairs full baths.

It was wonderful location on the lake and the views were gorgeous, and it was absolutely amazing!

A beautiful home with spectacular views of the lake. The size of the home was perfect for 7 adults and one child and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was outstanding! Every question was answered and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed.

Such a lovely home for us to spend a few days in! Our sister got married nearby and we were able to have room for family to stop by and hangout. The house was the perfect layout for us!

Wonderful view. Watching the sunset over the lake from the backyard was lovely. Hosts were responsive when we encountered problems with the WIFI connection.

Great property and location! Host is awesome, accommodating and responsive. The room layout worked well for our group, two beds and bath on first floor and two beds and bath on second floor. We will definitely book again when we are back in Burlington. Place is clean, modern design/tech, and nice view of the lake.

A great deal of work went into renovating and modernizing this place. It was bright and clean. The view of the lake is terrific. Although the neighborhood houses are close together, it was very quiet, and the backyard was private. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and showers good and modern, despite being small.There were nice decorative touches throughout, great books to read, and good mirrors in most rooms. The hosts are environmentally aware. The walk to various places downtown is an easy mile or so. One minus for us is that we did not feel the living room furniture was very comfortable. All in all this was a very nice place to stay.

It was the perfect place for a friend getaway. The location was great, 15 walk to the harbor for some outside activities. Parking was easy too. The hosts were easy to get a hold of when there was a minor water issue and they were very responsive in their attempts to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

Location was excellent, loved the views of the lake and sunsets. It took us a few tries to figure out the lighting and AC, but we mostly succeeded.
