Centrally located, a Beautiful Landmark House for an ideal Family Getaway!

The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for a family. We happened to be there when it was 95 degrees everyday and the air-conditioning is not quite adequate for those temperatures. The master bedroom's AC could barely keep up and the attic AC couldn't keep up at all with the cooling. That made sleeping more difficult. The AC in the dining room worked great on the other hand. Several rooms had no AC at all including the front room with the TV, and a dressing room off of the master, which poured tons of heat into the master bath and bedroom. The kitchen pans were limited, damaged and poor quality. Overall the house is very beautiful, well maintained and in a great location!

Check-in was easy, the hosts were responsive and great communicators, the house was beautiful and comfortable — and the bathrooms are gorgeous! It was perfect for our group of six. We enjoyed Burlington and a few day trips to nearby locales and, the house was a great base to relax and rejuvenate at the end of long days. We also loved starting our days with fresh coffee on the porch. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

Little Maple House was the perfect home base for our trip to Vermont for a family wedding. The house is a beautifully balanced blend of historic charm and modern updates - clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. Each member of our group had ample space and privacy, thanks to the generous number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as additional rooms like a sunroom, office, and cozy TV room. At the same time, we loved gathering in the well-appointed kitchen and around the large dining table.Mornings on the lovely front porch were a highlight of our stay. The hosts truly thought of everything—from towels, soap, and shampoo, to coffee, cooking essentials, books, games, and even parking permits for extra vehicles. The home is ideally located within walking distance of downtown, the lake, and the local farmer’s market, and it was a quick drive to all of our wedding events.Our hosts were exceptionally communicative and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Burlington area.

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place with enough bedrooms & bathrooms to get ready for a variety of events, and space to visit with our family in the mornings and evenings between events. The Little Maple House met our needs exactly! A beautiful house in a great location, appointed in a lovely, unique style. The hosts were very helpful, providing us with all of the information we needed and answering any questions in a friendly and prompt manner. I would highly recommend a stay at the Little Maple House!

Had a great long weeeknd. The house is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We had a great stay. Short walk to the lake or church street. Terrific restraints and shopping just a stroll away.

Tshen's house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend in Burlington. The house has so much charm and character and is walking distance to town. All of the bathrooms have been renovated, and are conveniently stocked with shampoo and body wash. The hosts also made check-in/check-out incredibly simple and easy. Can't recommend enough!

A beautiful, historic home with interesting collection of pieces throughout. But clean, comfortable, modern appliances and amenities, and perfect size for a family of 7 (3 couples plus a baby). Excellent location. The owners communicated well and all instructions were clear (and only a few), everything you need is there and easy to find. Wonderful in all respects.

The house is clean, comfortable and toasty warm even when it is 6 degrees outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this house in Burlington. We were beside ourselves with how interesting and nice the home was, both the historic and renovated areas. The owners did an excellent job with the place and we're very welcoming. The location was good and was very close to a lot of local attractions, including the Church street marketplace. I highly recommend this house for anyone interested in visiting Burlington.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic property. It is walking distance from town and was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for four adult women. We loved the charm of the old floors and fittings and our hosts have decorated it wonderfully. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern so we enjoyed those conveniences as well. Hosts were very responsive and we had zero issues. Would absolutely recommend and come back!

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this beautiful home. The property and all the amenities are very nice. Spacious. The neighborhood is very pleasant, and is a ~5 minute drive or ~15-20 minute walk to many of the primary attractions and restaurants in downtown Burlington. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

Little Maple House was Perfect! Also Beautiful and comfortable! It was a perfect destination for our large family. Perfect location for walking to Church St, the museum the waterfront, and most importantly for enjoying the Vermont City marathon. The Hosts were very attentive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. We loved it
