Charming Guest home in Excellent Location

Worked out well for us. Dresser drawers did not close all the way. Other than that, place served our needs well .

Located on Rt. 41 in the center of Naples it is easy to get to all the attractions.

Perfect get away with spouse to get to many areas of Naples and surrounding area over the month. In a small nice neighborhood- restaurants within walking distance. Beaches about 10 min drive. The family living in the main house were wonderful! Owners live nearby- great hosts. The living space is bright and modern with great kitchen. Had outside patio. Plan to rent again.

A fantastic space. Private, bright and clean... it was easy to feel at home. This cozy property is close to the beach, fine dining and shopping. The hosts are attentive and kind. I don't have a single complaint about my 30-day stay. Two thumbs up!

The location is amazing- so close to the beach and very convenient in general. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The place is fine. The kitchen had most of what you need. There was no grill. I am sensitive to air quality and allergens and this place affected me, however my husband was totally fine. For a beach place, it would’ve been nice to have beach towels and beach chairs. There was just 1 blanket in the unit. It has the world’s smallest washer/dryer. Be aware that you are sharing a patio, including a patio table with the family of 5 in the other unit. They are a lovely family but just be aware that there’s little privacy. 4 out of the 8 windows either don’t have screens or the screens are broken. The windows didn’t close well so it was hard to maintain low humidity in the unit unless you ran the air a ton. The TV doesn’t have any cable or streaming services. The bed had no box spring, just a mattress on some slabs of wood.

Clean, great location, close to the beach and everything else you need. Neighbors are cool.
