Charming family friendly home in quiet convient neighborhood.

Great Property! We very much enjoyed our stay. It was convenient and easy to accesss everything we needed. Owners were very responsive. The king bed was not very comfortable but otherwise a great property! Would stay again!

I really don’t think I could have selected a better home for my stay. I had outpatient surgery nearby. The location was perfect for Avera. I had the surgery on Friday. I was planning to leave Monday, thinking my follow up would be later in the week. But my doc wanted to see me Monday. When I called the proper owners, they were very understanding and allowed me to stay an additional night. It worked out perfectly. The house was very nice. It was clean and quiet - just perfect for resting and recuperating. I’m making this as a favorite so we can stay again the next time we have something in Sioux Falls.

It was absolutely lovely - quiet with lots of room for alone time but a bonus game room & games that we made use of. We plan on trying to get this property next year for our annual get together.

Wonderful place for a stay in Sioux Falls. Very close access to the Falls, downtown, or the highway. Beautiful home with fun board games, a game room, and plenty of room for a couple restless little boys while older kids got a quiet place. The beds felt like clouds. A deer came out of forest behind home in morning and ate from bird feeders.

Such a lovely home! We were spoiled by each of us having our own bedroom AND bathroom! Plus having access to a garage was an added bonus. It was a clean and comfy space for the three of us to relax and enjoy our time together. Thank you for your hospitality and we would definitely book your VRBO again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of bedrooms( 2 upstairs, 2 downstairs). The property was close to east side shopping, and restaurants. Liked the access to a garage for the car. Location had quick access to the bypass getting across town.

This is our first time with a VRBO, and I can honestly say that the experience will change us from hotels. It was a tranquil and very comfortable stay with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The game room was a big hit. Thank you very much for sharing this home with us. This VRBO was wonderful! Very clean and plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. The property owners very responsive when called them. We had no issues would recommend this. Best VRBO we have stayed at.

The hosts were kind and went out of their way to make sure our needs were covered. They even provided an extra card table for our get-together.

The property manager was very communicative and did everything possible to accommodate us. The house was spacious, clean, and in a great area. Our favorite part of the house was the basement and all of the fun stuff that there was to do. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean home. Our children loved playing the games in the game room and the house was clean with everything our family of 7 needed for our weekend skiing. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Sioux Falls!

I had my doubts at first due to no information on how to check into this property. Apparently the host was sending messages to VRBO that I was not receiving. I was able to call the host and received the check in information. We had a wonderful stay at this house. Our sons and their girlfriends met us there. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very neat and tidy. It was nice to have a garage to park in. I would definitely stay here again. 🙂

We were visiting Sioux Falls for a long weekend and this VRBO was in a perfect location and had great amenities for a very good price. The house is very nice with a master bedroom with a walk in closet and full bath. There is another full bath upstairs along with a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry.. Two bedrooms, a full bath, living room and a game room which is under the stressed concrete garage are all in the downstairs. The house was very clean and well stocked. It has everything you need for a great stay. Wel will be renting it again in the future.

My elderly parents and I were visiting my daughter, son in law and Grandbaby who live in Sioux Falls. We stayed for a week. We enjoyed having the two bathrooms and bedroom on the main level, my mother use stairs. My daughter and the baby came and hung out almost every day and we visited. The open living room was very nice. My dad appreciated being able to park in the garage. Very cute house. Better than the pictures. We didn’t use the game room or downstairs living room, but they are very nice if you had a larger group. We saw deer in the backyard twice. The backyard is open to a wooded creek area, lots of squirrels, very peaceful. The owners left us candy to hand out on Halloween, which was very fun. Quiet neighborhood, no restaurants in walking distance, but restaurants and Hy-Vee about a five minute drive.
