**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    We were not able to unlock the outside door to get in. There was a lock-box, apparently with a key inside, but the code we were given did not work. Called property manager several times with no response. This was very frustrating. Finally a neighbor came outside with a key and unlocked the door. We had to leave that door unlocked the entire stay as we had no key to get back in. House was clean and comfortable.

    When we stayed in the spring it was lovely, now that it's fall everything could use a deep clean.

    The home was extremely clean and roomy. More than enough space for the whole family. Conveniently located near all of the restaurants and night spots in Fulton. Overall a really great experience.

    The property was a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem checking in. The code didn’t work on the outside door. We called and the person couldn’t figure out how to open the outside door. The neighbor was able to open the door for us with her key. Then we had to get another code for the inside door. When we left the inside door code reverted back to the original code. So, it was a hassle getting in and out. Thank you to the neighbor that helped us get into the first door and left it unlocked during our stay. We will stay again. Hopefully the locking situation will be resolved.

    Would have liked a few condiments like salt and pepper. A couple extra blankets would have been nice. Place was nice and quiet.

    unit was clean, kit had everything you need, grounds are a little dumpy, only issue was the lock not working correctly but they where going to fix that.
