Charming Downtown Dayton Townhome with private garage

The co do was amazing! Very well decorating, clean, convenient location to our venue and affordable. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some! Our ONLY complaint was the stairs, but it gave us a workout ;-)

Clean and great location...steps away from the ball field and the riverwalk. Mike was responsive and thorough. At night (particularly weekends) you can hear the noise from the street due to the proximity to major streets and local bars/nightlife. One car garage is a plus. NOTE: It can be a tight squeeze if other cars are parked outside in front of the garage. We managed nonetheless.

The property is in a wonderful location, very walkable, and the listing accuracy is amazing. The accommodations were perfect, and overall, we felt very comfortable in this space for the weekend. Overall, I give this property and the property owner a five out of five. The ONLY thing I might have other pet owners consider is the steepness and slipperiness of the stairs. My small dog did fall down the stairs and had I not caught her, it could have been a pretty bad injury. For small dogs, those stairs might be pretty difficult to navigate. We were able to go out and buy some safety gates to keep them off the stairs and that worked perfectly. Overall, our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Charming and so convenient to everything!

We chose this property because of its convenient location to wedding related events, and things to do in downtown Dayton. We are very happy with our choice! The title of this review says it all: clean, modern, safe, convenient. The towels and bedding were very soft and we enjoyed having snacks and coffee ready for us when we arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet.

Property was nice and clean. Tap water was a little chemical tasting, but manager provided plenty of drinking water. Manager was very responsive.

Clean, comfortable place. Lots of restaurants and sights nearby.

Very convenient location to where I needed to be, especially with the nearby hotels (AC Hotel) being expensive. This townhome was very nice, comfy bed, and had everything I needed. Would stay again.
