Charming Downtown 1 BR

It was a great appartment in walkable distance to the King street and a lot of different breakfast places and restaurants. It was great to have parking. We have easy and quick communication with the host. As a small detail but very improtant for me: it was really nice to have a dyson hairdryer.

Much smaller than anticipated, found something larger and closer to town for less but too late to change as I would have lost half of my deposit. Would be ok for 1 person but a little cramped for 2 women traveling together.

Great walkable neighborhood! Definitely recommend the Italian restaurant Allora! Amazing food and right around the corner. We were able to park and leave the car unless we were headed to the waterfront, super convenient.

Great place to stay with lots to do in the area. Seantell was a great host and provided fantastic welcome gifts!

Great spot close walk

The room was clean and very comfortable. It suited our needs for the over night stay in Charleston.

The apt is in a good location, easy parking space, and was clean but it is not a one bedroom as listed - it is a very small studio. She did refund us a small portion of our stay. To avoid this happening to others It should be listed as a Studio apt and not a one bedroom.

Such a cute little place for a couples getaway! The location is great with it being close to downtown but also not too close. Everything was clean and met our expectations! Seantell was a great host, that was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Host was very good with communication. Very easy check in process. Great location, close to everything.Parking lot was a little tight, we rented a car, but you may be able to get away with just ride shares pretty easy. Had a small fridge for water and drinks. Bed was comfy. Clean, nice shower.

This is an excellent location, close to all Charleston has to offer. It is also very clean and Seantell provided a lot of little extras that made the stay even more special!

Perfect little spot for a couple. Water pressure needs some work. Otherwise the bed was super comfortable, and amenities were very thoughtful. Loved it.

Cozy!

The room was very comfortable with a private little porch to enjoy relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage. The bathroom is small but very clean and modern. A couple of small breakfast places close. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Comfortable bed. Equipped with a Keurig, coffee, creamer, sugar, wine, microwave.

The room was exactly as listed. It was lovely. Excellent instructions for parking. The host was very responsive. While the location isn't right downtown, we were able to walk there.

Great experience over all. Super comfy bed with great pillows. Immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. We particularly enjoyed the added touch of a keurig & a selection of teas & coffees, which we enjoyed on the piazza both mornings. We felt like this was a fairly safe area and not too far to some great restaurants & historical sites. Thank you for such a cozy place!

The place was great, was perfect size for me and my girlfriend. Was in a perfect location, not too far from town, but kept us out of traffic. Everything included in the stay was great. Many complimentary amenities. Was very clean as well. Would 100% stay here again and plan on it!

It was the perfect place for my husband and I! It had absolutely everything we needed and was so comfy and cute! A great location as well!

The accommodations were clean and the host was super welcoming with the wine, flower, snacks and cold towels in the fridge. Location was great for touring downtown but also being close to Shem creek and Folly (by car). The space was small but sufficient for my husband and I for the few days. My biggest complaint is that the walls were paper thin. We were not able to sleep past 8ish in the mornings and on Saturday night, we were awoken at 1:45 am by the people upstairs and I was not able to fall back asleep for some time. I always sleep with earplugs but my husband and I were still awoken by the noises from the upstairs and side units. Overall it was a cute, clean and centrally located spot but will likely not stay again due to the noise issues.

This was a great property for my mom and I on a short girls trip to Charleston! Had all the essentials we needed and just a short uber trip to King street!

My husband and I loved this unit! It was super charming and chic. The bed was the most comfortable we had on a vacation in a very long time. The unit is very clean. I liked that it was in walking distance to all there is to offer on King Street. We are “Southern Charm” and “Southern Hospitality” fans so it was nice to be so close to the bars/restaurants/shops associated with those shows. When you look at the cost of hotels in the area, this place is a steal for the price! We would definitely return.

Stayed here on a girls trip. It was the perfect location for exploring the city. We walked or biked everywhere. The unit was impeccably clean and there were many thoughtful touches such as coffee, water, toiletries, and a lovely welcome gift of wine and snacks. It is small but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had. The only complaint is that we could hear the people above us walking on the wood floor when we were trying to sleep, but earplugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The owners were so helpful! We loved renting bikes and cruising around. Wonderful stay!

This is a small, well operated inn in Charleston. It is in walking distance to many local museums, restaurants, bars and coffee cafes.The room was small but comfortable. Good wi-fi, large screen TV, plush towels, wine and snacks awaiting your arrival.

We were able to get a short uber ride or walk to most places downtown. Cool little neighborhood and a comfortable stay :-)

We loved the lovely home setting . The room was perfect , extremely clean and added touches of welcoming snacks and wine and beverages. It was a quiet neighborhood . Everything in walking distances . Loved the neighborhood restaurants and wine bar and breakfast stops. The owners decorated their home beautifully for the holidays. Communication with them was wonderful.
