What a beautiful place! The screened in patio was the best part. Close to the beach, and they thought of everything. So much storage and organization available. Kitchen also had everything we needed. I'll be back on my next trip to Folly!

We were very impressed with how adorable the unit was. Loved the sunporch, pet friendly with a fenced area, close to everything, with safe parking. It was so nice that each bedroom/bathroom area were separate from each other. The unit had a cart for us to transport our beach bags making the short walk to the beach much easier! Plenty of space for everyone too. We will make a reservation to stay there again in the future! Total thumbs up!

This is a charming cottage very close to downtown Folly Beach. It was extremely clean. There is a good bit of loud music & foot traffic from the local bars close by, but the host provides sound machines in the bedrooms. My dog loved the front porch area and there are plenty of nice beach chairs and a wagon. The water pressure was very low in the showers so I ended up washing my hair with the hose outside, which had hot water attached.

The house is completely charming. Well decorated without being kitchy. Walk to the main drag and beach with ease. Really enjoyable stay.

We had a delightful stay in this vintage beach house. It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed. It was clean, with comfy beds, and everything we needed. Loved the complimentary sunscreen products.

Easy access to the home, sufficient amenities inside and a great screened in porch for your four-legged family members. We really enjoyed our stay. Great access to Center Street in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely consider renting again.

Overall, amazing stay. Location is perfect- less than 10 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the main street. We had our dog with us. Lots of dog friendly places to walk nearby. A note about the area - there are a few places with outdoor music nearby. You will hear that. There is a 24-hour laundromat across the street. You might hear their visitors. There is a power station nextdoor with city vehicle parking. None of these are bad but are worth noting. Photos don’t do this place justice. We enjoyed the screened in porch and made use of the full space of the home. Large kitchen with everything you need and two very ample sized bathrooms. Bedrooms were very comfortable. They provide towels and basic items. We had plenty of room for all of us. Check in/check out were super easy. AC works REALLY well. We also appreciated the beach chairs and wagon!We did have two things not great during our stay. Big one- the washing machine had an issue. Maintenance was SUPER quick to come and able to fix - but that did put a bit of a krimp into our plans. Also, we did have some palmetto bug visitors. Now, they DO have a service for this but this is an area that is super buggy. It’s going to happen...I have two suggestions for the owners. The kitchen is fully stocked but lacking a fry pan (that would have been nice to have). There is ample parking for vehicles out front but definitely blind spots both sides from large bushes. Even walking off the property needs extra caution.

Let’s start with the positives: Parking was nice, the beach cart and beach chairs were in very good condition. The outside hose was a bonus. The location was centrally located and although it’s close to the action, you really don’t hear much. The covered porch was nice and provided extra space. It was clean and plenty of items were provided. Having a fence around the side yard was great and it was well lit at night. Beds were nice too. Now for the negatives:There is no bathroom door in the “master” making it awkward for certain bathroom needs. The decor is slightly different than what’s shown in the photos. It smelled a little musty upon arrival. The landscaping is underwhelming. The shrubs in front make it very difficult to view oncoming traffic. The “yard” is full of pine straw. The pine straw could be the reason why we saw so many palmetto bugs in the house. Not sure what a palmetto bug is? It’s a huge roach. And they are living. And they were everywhere. It really creeped me out. The toilets are tiny (my husband wanted to make sure this was mentioned for other males). We enjoyed our trip but won’t rent this place again. The cleanliness just didn’t make up for the bugs.

The rental was great. We appreciated that it was very clean and so close to restaurants. We wish we could have not had so much rain but, not in anyone's control.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Excellent location, super clean, comfortable, spacious and it felt like having a vacation at a family member’s home. We loved it!

We had a wonderful week at Folly Beach the home was clean and nicely decorated ,we enjoyed the location for walking to restaurants and the beach wasn’t to far away .we would have liked to have a TV in the bedroom but made out fine with out it.we loved the screened in porch

Really enjoyed staying here. Great location to restaurants and beach. You can hear some live music at night from the bars, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. Loved the screened porch.

Great place to stay, so close to the Folly Beach hub all in walking distance of lots of fun things to do and restaurants to visit. Will try and stay again.
