Great location and a perfect size! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping... if in the area again will definitely think about staying here again.

The house is perfectly located and excellent for a family beach vacation. The beach is a short walk away, and the shops are a short drive. Can easily hold 6 adults. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy check in . House was great but couldn’t have more than two cars.No street parking . Customer service was easily accessible when we needed a few things. Grill is very small .. Short easy walk to the beach

Amazing location. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, Main Street and shopping. They provided everything you need for an amazing Cape Cod vacation. I would 100% recommend and I will try to book again for next year.

My wife and I were in town for a family member’s wedding, and the entire weekend was fantastic. The town has such a perfect New England beach front feel, and the house was perfect. It was all that we wanted it to be. Everything is modern, but fit the Cape Cod aesthetic perfectly. We were there without our children, so the size was overkill, but we really loved it. Dealing with the owners was as simple as could be. No problems at all. No hidden fees, or excessive cleaning requests or anything like that. The only thing that could have been a little better was that the outdoor deck could have used a little cleaning up before we got there. We still used it, but the patio chairs and table had some grime that we had to clean off, and there were weeds growing up through the planks of the deck. Minor problem, but it seemed out of place with the perfection of the rest of the property. Like a simple oversight as they were getting the property ready for the season.

Perfect location to all locations in Falmouth Heights. We walked everywhere.

We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

2 of my girl friends and i went on a girls trip here and were blown away! The house was amazing and just like the photos. The house makes you feel at home and is so comfortable for relaxing. Definitely coming back and recommend to anyone who is considering staying here!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend. Great location and lots of details in the home. We all loved it. Staff had great communication as well!

The cottage was cute and really all that we needed. I got mixed up and thought we were staying on the other side of Falmouth. We could still walk to Main Street but it was a little long after a night out. If you are interested in going to the beach, it's in a great sport.

The house was nicely appointed and well stocked. I stayed with a group of friends, plenty of room for 5 women. Great access to the ferry. Ferry Cottage is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed over for Father’s Day weekend and had a blast! I appreciate the family-friendly environment. Lots of toys for kiddos. Plenty of room to host at least three small families. The location is fantastic. The minutes from the beaches. 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to woods hole. we are saving this house for our future getaways!! Thank you for a cozy stay!

Beautiful cozy clean cottage close to everything.

We were four women college friends who travel to someplace every year for our reunion. None of us had ever toured the Cape and we chose the perfect location with this darling home and Falmouth as our central location. We had everything we needed, and the home was beautiful with quality furnishings, fluffy towels and crisp bed linens. And to top it off, the early June weather turned out to be perfect.

Loved the cleanliness and the very close walk to the beach.

The house was perfect! Location, size and cleanliness. The only issue we had was the code not working upon check in. After a phone call to Vacasa, we figured things out ok for the weekend.
