Stayed May 21, 2026Stayed here for our sons graduation from the university of Delaware. We had a great stay at this property! Plenty of room for everyone. Great bathrooms! Very clean. I would highly recommend it. The restaurant across the street was great! Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jun 9, 2026Great location. Quiet and clean. Remember the kitchen is a kitchenette, there is no stove or oven, but don’t worry great restaurants within 10 minutes or less.

Stayed Jun 5, 2026Clean and well featured. Only small things. Large round window in master faces street lights and has no blinds. Rough if you like a dark room. AC in master had a regular popping sound that was low. Took a bit but got used to it. Baths were awesome. If there on a weekend. It is beside the Wellwood which can have live music outside. Didn’t go too late though. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024This house exceeded all expectations! Very comfortable and beautifully decorated from the furnishings to the bathrooms to the beds. We had plenty of space for 8, and plenty of towels for all of us. We had a delicious dinner at the River Shack next door. Wonderful water views in a quiet neighborhood. I would love to stay here again, highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Wonderful vacation spot to relax and unwind. Accommodations were very well kept and comfortable. Located in a very quiet charming town. Perfect for our trip purposes. Close to anything you might need. Host was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this property. Would love to stay here again. Hopefully longer next time.

Stayed May 26, 2024This property was perfect for our stay! The charm of this home and neighborhood was lovely! People were friendly the views spectacular and you could walk to eat at fantastic restaurants! The home was clean and relaxing. The little things in this home like the art work, Kleenex and plenty of towels. There was hygiene in case you forgot yours. There is no full kitchen but the outdoor space with a grill was perfect and who wants to cook with the local restaurants you walk across the street for. Will be definitely booking here again!
