Charming cottage, short drive to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and beaches.

The cottage was beautiful! So clean and so tastefully decorated. Many dresser drawers and closets. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and also close to all the restaurants, shops, and beaches! We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!! Thank you Linda and Mark for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, spices, dishes, etc. Quiet neighborhood with nice property grounds. We would stay there again. Enjoyed watching the birds with my morning coffee! (See photo)

This property would be 6 stars if I could have added the extra one. It’s much larger than the photos and every detail is taken care of. It really felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless! My daughter and I visited Kennebunk for the first time and the apartment is lovely and well-appointed. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance and gadget you’d have in your own home. The back garden view was also a pleasant surprise- so many well-tended flowers in the garden with a nice expanse of woods. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and so peaceful. The location was great- just a few minutes into Kennebunk town proper, close to supermarket, CVS, shops and a 10 min drive to Kennebunkport. Beach chairs and cooler were also provided by the house and those came in handy when we went to the local beaches just down the road. We had the pleasure of meeting Linda the host when we arrived and she was warm, welcoming and super responsive. I’d highly recommend this place!

You cannot choose a better cottage than this Gem. Linda & Mark have gone above & beyond to provide guests with everything they could possibly need for a relaxing night, week or in our case 3 weeks. With a fantastic covered porch & fire pit area just a great way to relax after a day enjoying the town of Kennebunk & Kennebunkport. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful location, exactly as pictured. Adorable cottage has everything you need and then some! Love the decor and the hosts are terrific and very easy to correspond with. Very pretty and very comfortable! Has all the amenities you need- we enjoyed the fire pit and grill, and the close proximity to beautiful beaches, loads of thrift and antique stores and terrific Maine food. Very nice hosts as well who made us feel welcome. And we especially appreciate dog friendly people!

An absolute gem! We loved the charm and location!

The cottage is an oasis on the outskirts of town, with soothing beach colors throughout. The bathroom is gorgeous and the kitchen is as well-appointed as what you'd have at home. The several wall air conditioners kept the cottage very comfortable. Everything is well thought out, and there is nothing you could need or want that isn't already provvided, including an all-important beach pass to Kennebunk beaches, beach chairs and cooler. Linda and Mark Lawrence are the consummate hosts. We had a couple of questions upon check-in that they addressed immediately. We would definitely come back here if we are in the area again.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed cottage - perfect for a couple. Relax on the porch, walk to town for dinner, or visit nearby hiking trails. Owners have very thoughtfully provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and parking pass for nearby beach visits.

Extremely well equipped and comfortable, quiet one bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Kennebunk. Convenient to I95 and Route 1. Chickens and groundhog in the yard in a very rural setting. Close (driving) to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge as well as a number of beaches, and the shops are not too far away. The owner was very quick to respond to questions via SMS, but as everything was good we didn't need to communicate much. I would definitely recommend this to others and hope to return sometime.

Outstanding in every respect from ease of making reservation to responsiveness of host, the property is ideal for two. Clean, comfortable and supplied with everything you need to enjoy the “home-like” cottage. There are beach chairs, beach ice chest and beach parking pass. Nothing is overlooked. What a great find! We were pleasantly surprised and will be back for sure! Great street level space with a fabulous back yard. Great parking and Super close to everything you need and more in Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Wells. The owners were great and gave you privacy and helped you with any questions you may have.
