Charming, Convenient Mid-Island Nantucket Cottage on Surfside Beach Bike Path

Great place! Very comfortable bedrooms and living area. Amazing amount of extra supplies. Close to most everything. When back on Nantucket, we will stay there again!

Perfect for our quick weekend trip for a wedding. Nice to be be so close to the Wave bus stop.

This quaint little property was perfect for our long weekend celebrating our cousin’s wedding. The location was a nice 20-25 minute walk from town and perfect area to take the free shuttle as well. The yard and porch are beautiful and private. The only complaint I have is the need for updated bath towels. The white ones downstairs are very obviously old and used. We also had no hand soap in our bathroom which I thought was odd. While stripping the pillow cases, there were several stains on the pillows. Definitely needs some general cleanliness upgrades but still had a wonderful stay.

Great place - such a cute location and very comfy for a long weekend! Kitchen was we’ll appointed and the back deck is lovely and private.

Is a fantastic location! Very nice house and amenities. We really enjoyed the back deck and yard. We had a great stay and the beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we very much appreciated use of beach towels and chairs. Would definitely recommend.

i cannot say enough about our stay at casabella. It was perfect. location was just what we needed. We bused and walked everywhere. i had my 2 married daughters with me and there little ones. They played in the back yard while we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect. clean, well stocked. Aperfect get away for a week! Thank you Jo!!!

Jo was fantastic at communicating and very helpful! The cottage is adorable and we easily rode our bikes to town or the beach. Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at Jo's home, very comfortable and clean. Great central location, right on the bike path. Make sure to rent bikes and explore the island.Jo was very accommodating and we would highly recommend!

Perfect for a mother daughter weekend for 4 of us. Walked to town to dinner, rented bikes for the subsequent days and this house was right on the bike path. Perfect for our group. Would stay again.

Walk to town. Walk to bike rental. Walk to great bfast and lunch cafe. Ride to Surfside or Nobadeer Beach quick and easy. Outdoor shower!

The home is beautiful. The yard is well maintained and the interior has a solid Nantucket vibe. It was the perfect place for my wife and me along with my wife’s parents and our infant son to enjoy a week stay. The place was clean the instructions were simple but details. Communication with the owner was prompt. I would easily stay here again.

Wonderful location! Very easy to get around the island via bikes or free wave shuttle . Shuttle stop is a short 2 minute walk from the house. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard and back deck are very nice. We stayed with 3 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The only complaint would be that the house itself and washing machine is musty smelling and can be noted on your clothing after the fact. Otherwise , everything was great and I would come back.

Perfect home for 4 guys to rest our heads after a busy weekend of golf on Nantucket Island! Joanne was helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this home for any and all smaller groups or friends or families! Thank you to our host.

We loved staying at Joanne's cottage! She was so helpful in giving us information about bike rentals as well. The cottage was an easy walk from town yet felt tucked away and private. Very clean and had all we needed. Loved staying here and will come again.

This is a great VRBO listing in Nantucket. Its a perfect location if you want to bike around, and just just outside of town. The place was clean, instructions were clear, and there were just enough supplies to make it a very comfortable stay.

Situated in an ideal location on Nantucket, my family and I had a lovely time staying at “Casabella”. Charming, clean, all amenities available, easy check in and out. It was a positive lovely home to have a few days together with my family. Thank you!

Great property - large common areas and bedrooms, nice backyard, and conveniently located on the island. Jo was so helpful with the logistics. I can't say enough good things about this rental and our trip to Nantucket!

House was great for us and our family. Surfside road is a little busy but the hedge provides great privacy and blocks out noise. The location is great for going to town or the beaches. We walked to town several times and also jumped on the bus which goes right by the house. We rode bikes to several different beaches and to Siasconset. Wonderful stay!
