Stayed May 11, 2025This is our second stay in this home and our second great experience! We were in town for an extended 2 month work trip and we loved our stay. It has everything you need to feel right at home and the location is perfect. The owner is very helpful if you have any questions. Hope to be back next year!

House was clean and ready for us as promised Host Jason who we did not talk to or meet was friendly and very helpful and responsive We would recommend the house and host for anyone looking to rent a house in St.Johns Island, SC

Stayed Apr 4, 2025The house is in a nice neighnorhood on Johns Island. Depending on traffic, it's 25 minutes to kiawah Island, 25 minutes to downtown Charlestown, close to restaurants and stores.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The house was well set up. We enjoyed the birds in the back yard in the morning and evening. Beds were comfortable. It was in a quiet area no big trucks or loud motor cycles. We were close enough to my wife's sister that we could walk. Services like groceries, church, restaurants, and beach were close. We had good communication with Jason.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Our team was in the area for work over the summer and had initially planned to stay for 2 months but our client extended our stay multiple times. Jason (our wonderful host) was extremely accommodating and worked with us at every step to ensure we had the perfect stay. The home is clean, spacious, well-stocked, and in a perfect location. We loved everything about our stay here and have already made plans to come back next summer. Thank you Jason!

Stayed Aug 5, 2024We are a small company based in Atlanta and were in town for a work trip and we loved this home! We ended up staying for 3 months. It had everything you could want for an extended stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room to spread out after a long day. Most importantly, our host was fantastic and was able to help us with anything we need. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 12, 2024Our group was in town for an extended work trip and we had a wonderful stay. Our host Jason was extremely helpful and hands-on on making sure we had everything we needed. The home was well stocked and made for a perfect resting spot to come home to after a long day. The location worked well for us to get downtown each morning. We will definitely be back next summer!
