Great location, easy access to the property, comfortable rooms. My only complaints was that there was not a coffee maker and that there was an odor (like garlic or some spice) in the unit. Otherwise it was a delightful stay and the owner was very communicative.

Good location, house was perfect-nicely updated but retaining the ambiance of a turn of the century cottage.

Very cute and clean cottage, with a huge fenced-in yard close to downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable furnishings, and the decor was fabulous - a lot of attention to detail. The morning bells from the church of across the street added to the quaint atmosphere. The property manager was responsive and answer all questions very quickly. When back in town, we will definitely stay here again.

The property was in a not so nice neighborhood. Junky neighbors and unkept homes. The house lacks maintenance on the exterior. We didn't feel like we could walk the neighborhood. The interior was clean. Beds were comfy.

Cute little house close to downtown Rapid city. It only took us 30 minutes to get to Mt. Rushmore and 40 minutes to Custard State Park. House was clean and we were allowed to check in early. Great communication with the Host. For fellow Catholics, there is a Catholic Church across the steet!

We had a great stay and loved the house and location.

I stayed here with my wife and grand daughter 2 years ago and enjoyed so much I returned with 2 friends for a guy trip. The house was perfect for our needs, nicely located for visits to all the sites we wanted to see and walking distance to downtown restaurants.The property was clean and had everything we needed.This will be the first place I look for if I come back in the future'

Great stay had everything we needed.

This was the perfect place to stay for us. It was centrally located, allowing us to visit all of the sites that were on our bucket list. Everything was provided. The cottage was built in 1908 and beautifully updated. It was a pure pleasure to stay there!

The house is very cozy and stylishly decorated. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to amenities. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was a good central point for me to visit Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore, crazy horse and devil’s tower.

It worked really well. It needs some repairs. Porch and steps. Yard needs to be maintained better. Neighbors parked in front of house the whole time. It was not great neighborhood.

The property was in the best location as a hub to the surrounding tourist attractions

We visited all the attractions and enjoyed the adventures throughout the mountains.

Comfortable accommodations and convenient location to see what the area has to offer. The fenced in yard was the icing on the cake for our pets.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to use as home base for exploring the Black Hills and the Badlands! Walkable to downtown. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy communication and zero issues. Highly recommend!
