This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Small bay bungalow tiny house/ camper on private lot in gated community. Access to community pool, crabbing pier, and marina. 20 minute drive to the town of Chincoteague and 30 minutes from the Assateague island beach. Bring your boat if you would like, launch from the marina and be on the water in minutes. Within eyesight of Wallops island so the whole community comes out to watch the rocket launches.

Stayed Oct 28, 2021Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay for the evening. The community was extremely cute, and we enjoyed walking our dogs around the property. There were a few issues that could easily be fixed. The bathrooms that were closest to the property were locked, and we had trouble finding ones that were open. (We arrived after dark.) Also, because we came in after dark, it was difficult to get into the house. There weren't any lights, and the community is very dark. Adding some sort of small light on the porch to greet guests would be great. This property would definitely appeal to someone who enjoys camping! Great setting!
