Stayed Mar 15, 2026Everything was wonderful except for the shower. No bath mat in tub made it very slippery and dangerous. Also, no hand rails to hold onto when entering or leaving the shower. This is an accident waiting to happen that doesn’t have to.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025The house was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 small kids. Only downside of the house was the lack of outside space to hang out. It is perfectly located near downtown Jax beach and very bike or walkable. Grocery store, food options, coffee and breweries also within walking distance. Aside from the beach itself there is a great park/skate park nearby the kids loved. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Was a great house. If you had any questions Jerry was very efficient on getting right back with you… when I have to go back to the Mayo Clinic if this house is available I will be definitely staying there again… Quite area friendly neighbors.
