Stayed Aug 3, 2023Great location with easy access to Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor. Clean property with very thoughtful decorations. Large pool and outdoor area for family in an enclosed area.

Stayed May 22, 2020PROS: Great location Well-equipped kitchen. CONS: Displeased and disliked the manner the owner talked and dealt with us. Very annoying, rude and worried about everything. She definitely doesn’t feel comfortable about renting the place. One example: owner complained that we left an empty carton box behind, but the carton box was a food delivery for her that arrived during our stay and we were gentle to bring it inside during rain and put food inside the fridge Not not suitable for kids, despite it allow. The house is-over-furnished, has art work that cannot be protected or removed and has an excess of belongings of the owner. Adequate for 6 adults max. We were in 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) Pool heating did not work, but we paid for it. Owner brought someone tonfix it, but pool didn’t heat enough after 3 days Barbecue Grill - better bring your own as the owner is m paranoid about it. The extra expense she charges to clean it is the price of buying a new one. All in all, we couldn’t relax and enjoy or weekend

Stayed Jul 19, 2019Great place that is immaculate both inside and out. Wonderful kitchen and pool/outdoor space. Amazing location that is literally 5 minutes from everything. Excellent host who knows everything there is to know about the area including how to get around traffic. Wonderful recommendations for food, drinks, and anything else you might want or need to do. Was a great weekend enjoyed by all.

Stayed Jul 3, 2019The property was great, the pool was beautiful, the kitchen and bbq were very nice to use for cooking meals. We stayed there with 3 couples and had a fantastic time. The bed space was perfect.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cindy's house is spacious and accommodating for a group. She has a very nice pool that we weren't able to enjoy due to weather. The whole house has a great Sonos sound system.

Stayed Jun 16, 2018We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The house is in pristine condition and Cindy is a great host. I would definitely go back and would recommend anyone who is looking for a peace haven in a great location to stay there.
