Charming beach house with a Gulf view, patio, deck, washer&dryer, & AC

We had a wonderful stay here with our 4-year-old son. The house was very well furnished, with a spacious layout and a great porch for relaxing or enjoying a meal. We really appreciated the extra touches like the umbrellas, chairs, and beach cart—they made our beach days so much easier. The walk to the beach was easy, even with a little one, and once we got there it felt quiet and relaxing, with plenty of space to ourselves. A highlight of the trip was watching dolphins one afternoon right from the shore! Overall, it was exactly the kind of beach getaway we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be back—thank you!

House is lovely, had issues with cleanliness & master shower drainage (not repaired during our stay so could not use). Walk across the street to beach gets old. Outdoor shower was great but shower head needs repair & will not lock. Garage refrigerator does not work & was dirty.

We surprised our kids with a last minute beach trip and this spot was perfection. The pictures don't do the house justice - it is so spacious, the layout is perfect, kitchen is very well stocked. Beach is an easy walk. Also had the beach to ourselves which is so nice when you’re used to the overcrowded beaches of 30A. Our stay was one for the books! Thank you so much!

My mother, aunt & I stayed at Dune Therapy this weekend & had the best time. The cabin was very nicely appointed; we had plenty of room and everything we needed. Getting to the cabin was easy, the neighborhood was very nice and the location across the street from the beach with a designated walkway was the best part. It was cold, so we didn't spend too much time on the beach but we did go out for the sunset (with blankets) one afternoon and it was stunning. The cabin has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and then a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total). All of it was clean and welcoming. There were just 3 of us, but this would be an outstanding location for a couple of families with kids to really enjoy. Lots of space for dining, hanging out on deck or inside. The property manager stayed in touch with us throughout the stay. We didn't need anything, but it was nice that they checked in each day. This was definitely a 5* stay... one of the best VRBO experiences I've had.
