Charming Beach House steps from Perkins Cove

House was perfect for our family gathering.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Owner was super communicative and easy to get in touch with. The location was great-we were able to walk to town and perkins cove, yet the house was tucked away-very private. We loved the fire pit,outdoor shower, and especially the screened in porch. If I had to find any fault with the property, is that the mattresses could use an upgrade, but otherwise highly recommend!

Great place in wonderful location, walking distance to everything in Ogunquit. Terrific responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay at Cool Breeze! The screened porch- with its truly “cool breeze” - was our favorite spot!

Overall the house was good. It’s an older house, and that is evident in certain ways. But important elements of the house were very nice.

Great house, stocked with everything you need, it is very clean, linens provided is alway appreciated by me! Location is excellent, Perkins Cove and Main St within walking distance. The house has plenty of room for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the front porch having coffee in the morning! Owner is very responsive!Would definitely stay again.

Switched out from a resort to this home just off Perkins Cove for our annual family OGT trip and it was a perfect upgrade. Walkable to everything, stones throw from Marginal Way and Perkin’s Cove, ending the day around the fire pit was perfect! So much room to spread out including a beautiful screened in front porch. Books, puzzles and board games a plenty for a quiet night in! Owners were communicative, friendly and helpful (“try the Mimosa flight at Perkin’s Cove Kitchen”!).

We love this place. Our 2nd time here. Couple issues, that aren really any issues. TV selection is hard. Couldn’t access the door for garbage. In conclusion, give a tv listing, instructions to access tv and grade the garbage area. Cheers

Great location, comfortable, well equipped and quiet

We enjoyed our time in Ogunquit and the location of this house was perfect - walking distance to all this sweet town has to offer. Very quiet and secluded. We saw a deer in the yard! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern and we enjoyed cooking and grilling on several nights during our stay, and we enjoyed the board games made available to us. It is an older home with all four bedrooms upstairs.

This house provides everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing vacation in Ogunquit. Easy walk to Perkins Cove and several restaurants. The walk into town takes a good 20 minutes, or you can pick up the trolled at the end of the street, less than a 5-minute walk to get there. The large living room and screened in front porch provide amply room for gathering. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (not including the outdoor shower) there is plenty of space for everyone.

Lovely old home in a nice location. Lots of room for our family and an easy walk to everything. We appreciated the thoughtful little touches in the home and great communication from our host.

Second stay at Coole Breeze. This house is perfect for our extended family. The AC kept us cool during this very hot humid week. Water pressure is great. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower and firepit. Thanks!

It is the third summer our family has stayed at this house. It’s beautiful, clean, amazingly located and has everything we need. We highly recommend it! We were 4 adults and three children, and there was ample room for everyone.

This was a very clean house with a lot of charm. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, and we all had plenty of room. It is located right down the road (a short walk) from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way cliff walk. We’d stay here again, thanks for the hospitality!
