Charming Beach Bungalow steps from the Ocean & Bay

The property was a good size and very clean and if anyone wanted to cook it was well stocked. It was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable although a little tight in the bedroom. The bath gel they provided was awesome to the point I purchased some. The patio was nice and we enjoyed having a glass a wine and listening to music. The property is in a great location for walking to the bay side or beach and several places to go eat. I truly liked this spot and would recommend to others.

Adorable little cottage. The location was perfect. Fast easy walk to bay or beach! The home was very clean had what you needed for the stay. Can get a little noisy at times but overall not bad enough that would make your stay terrible.( I hate noisy locations.) I would rent this home again.

For a small/tiny house, this is very well thought out inside. Everything is purposeful and decorated nicely. The master bed inside the room makes it a little tight but that would be my only gripe and not really because the bed was very comfortable. host was very good about communicating and our stay was perfect.

We absolutely loved this property! It was very conveniently located close to the bay and Pacific beach and several charming breakfast and coffee places. Everything was exactly as expected and the owner/manager provided a very comprehensive binder documenting everything you needed to know about the property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway.

Cute place, clean. Lots of upgrades. Had an ant problem, couldn’t leave food on the kitchen counter but I guess that’s due to construction. The a/c wasn’t turning and the tower fan wasn’t working but it wasn’t warm for long. Close to lots of fun, would definitely recommend

This place was absolutely perfect! Cory, was extremely accommodating and it was everything and more. Location was absolutely amazing! If we come back, we would stay here again! Perfect 10!

We loved being able to walk left or right out of the house directly to water. Food right around the corner! View of the bay from the back yard was very lovely! Would love to stay again if back in San Diego!

Cozy and comfortable place for a couple. Very well stocked and close to the beach and bay. Major grocery store nearby. Lots of little shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. Host was attentive and helpful.

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Steps from the bay and just a short walk to the ocean. We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed nightly strolls along the bay.

Great location. Really close to ocean and bay beaches, waterfront trails, restaurants, groceries, coffee shops - pretty much everything!Unit had everything we needed. Inside, doorknobs need replacing - we struggled to get in and out of the bedroom and bathroom! Overall, a good stay for our week in SD. Thank you!

Beautiful unit, as listed. Check in was easy, really liked the keyless entry Great location parking: 2 blocks to bay or ocean. Host was very responsive to our questions. A little bit smaller than expected, but worked out fine. A number of things on high shelves, eing vertically challenged i overlooked the hairdryer and iron rut step ladder available. Good spot

We had a great stay! The place had everything we needed and was in a central location with easy access to the beach and bay. Will definitely come back.

Such a great spot for a getaway! The bungalow is small but clean and very comfortable. Loved the patio out back and the beach chairs — it’s literally maybe a 15 second walk from the beach and 3-5 minutes to delicious restaurants. There’s a washer/dryer as well as a hose for rinsing off before going in the house. Cory was very accommodating of an evening checkout for a reasonable price, which I really appreciated. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the bungalow. It was perfect my husband and I and 12 year old daughter. The location was fantastic. We loved being able to walk to the water in two different directions. My husband is an avid runner and he enjoyed the close access to the boardwalk and other trails. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Cory was great to communicate with. I would love to go back again!

We have returned once again to this beautiful Beach Getaway! We love staying here since it's so close to the beach, bay and so many restaurants and coffee shops. It's the perfect location. All the amenities we needed were provided and having a parking space is so appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Cory is a great host. Her house is nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Mission Beach and just steps from the beach on both the bay and ocean sides. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our honeymoon. We went to the beach, and spent lots of time on the bay. Cory texted before our stay and was very kind. We didnt have any issues during our stay. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Cory!

Comfortable bungalow close to beach and bay. Easy walk to restaurants. Nice outside seating area. Got caught in a fog bank for the weekend but it didn't dampen the enjoyment. It was a tight fit for the Outback in the driveway but we didn't drive much!
