CHARMING BAY HOUSE BUNGALOW - CLOSE TO ALL ROCKPORT ACTIVITIES

Found the property in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and stores and restaurants within walking distance. The house was cute and clean exactly how it looks in the pictures. Overall it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend this rental.

We were looking for a place we could relax. This house was perfect, nice quiet neighborhood, friendly next door neighbor. 2 bathrooms are an added bonus!

The home was cute and in a great location for my family and I to enjoy the beach, fishing, and the park that's nearby. The neighbors were nice and it was a relaxing place to stay. The host even provided complimentary snacks which was super sweet. The wifi worked, I'm not sure if the cable worked though as my kids brought their switch and wanted to play that when we had down time. There were ants but as we've stayed in the area before, that's more so a problem with the area than the host. I would recommend staying here and will probably book this location in the future when we come to Rockport again.

We go to Rockport every year for the 4th of July and the Art Show. The bungalow was clean and very close to the State Park where the Art Show takes place. The property manager was very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our long weekend here. Loved that there was a hose outside so we didnt have to track in sand! Plus, the owner was wonderful to leave us coffee..we had brought pods bit the coffeemaker was for grounds. So many thoughtful touches here. Very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Our small dogs loved the park across the way. Comminication with the owner was impossible because Google disallows messages from the VRBO app! The only wee thing was a problem getting the keys from the lockbox. Otherwise...great place!

This property is just as described on the listing. We are a family of 4 with our small dog and it was so comfortable for our month long stay. The location is perfect for Rockport beaches as well as quick access to the beach at Port Aransas. The park across from the house is immaculately kept and is a real plus for kids or waling your pet. The neighbors are super friendly and the house is well kept and super clean! Will definitely look to book again!

House was in great location for nice walk or short drive to everything needed.... Great little town next to Port Aransas, Aransas Beach & and lots of other islands..

Enjoyed this sweet homey cottage for our anniversary trip. Very comfortable beds and nice step-in shower. Close to restaurants and HEB. Friendly neighbors, and the weather was perfect!
