The house itself and location are fine. However, there were a lot of issues during our stay. First of all, at check in, I texted the host a few basic questions and didn’t hear back for 6 hours. There was old, moldy pizza in the fridge when we arrived. There are no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen - the only towels in the whole house are large bath towels. So there is no way to dry your hands downstairs unless you want to bring a bath towel down. There were only two rolls of toilet paper out for the whole house, and despite the fact that both bathrooms have toilet paper holders with space for extras, the two extra rolls were hidden in a basket in the linen closet and I had to text to host to find them. This plus the pizza made me feel like maybe the house wasn’t cleaned well before our arrival. Basic instructions about the house, where things were, how to use the thermostat and parking would be very helpful. Finally, the worst part is the HVAC system. There is only one unit and temperature control for three floors, which means the basement is freezing and the upstairs bedrooms are hot. The host also has it set to automatically adjust the temperature back up to a certain level no matter what you set it to, which meant it adjusted hotter every couple hours and we were waking up hot all night, having to go downstairs and adjust it back down. I asked for the automation to be turned off and she apparently didn’t know how and then stopped answering my texts. Overall, I would never rent this property again and we did not enjoy our stay.

The property was perfect for the two of us. It could easily support 6. One can walk to Camden Yards or a Ravens game. Street parking is first come, first serve. Once we secured a spot near the door we used Uber to get around the. Parking can be expensive. We didn't cook, but there was large fridge Host was easy to reach

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the lovely home of Kemba. It was very well decorated and had a nice layout so that sound did not carry from one bedroom to the next. We were able to spread out as well as be together. We appreciated the hosts responsiveness and flexibility. We would definitely stay there again.

Really nice property. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The finished basement is a great place to hang out and play games with your group. Street parking was a bit challenging, but we managed to find parking nearby every time. The best spot to park is next to the nearby elementary school, especially on the weekends. Would definitely stay here again!

A 10-minute walk visiting Camden Yards/ M&T Bank Stadium. Better to walk and avoid the traffic. Located on a quiet and narrow street. Parking can be a nuisance with 1-hour limits on the street. We were able to find consistent parking on the street behind the house. House was nicer than the pictures suggest. Ambria, our guest host was awesome. 100% would book again.

Close to everything downtown, close to 95/295/695 for trips other places! Fresh pots of flowers greet you at the front door. The place has a modern edge but comfortable. A/C works great, beds were comfy. Quiet house in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has basic supplies, everything works.
