This beautifully remodeled home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and seaside charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully upgraded—from the new roof and flooring to the fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms.



Inside, you'll find:



A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and private deck access through sliding glass doors.



A second bedroom with a cozy queen-size bed and private entry to the second bathroom.



A bonus game room featuring a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle, a Ping Pong table, and a collection of board games—perfect for kids or casual evenings in.



A fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, brand-new refrigerator and appliances, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and basic condiments to make your stay comfortable and convenient.



A welcoming living room with a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.



The washer and dryer are conveniently located indoors.

Parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not included in this rental.

Wi-Fi at Ashberry by the Sea is generally reliable, but please note that coastal weather conditions can occasionally affect service. Most major cell phone carriers receive strong reception at the property.



As with many coastal locations, occasional interruptions to internet, cell service, or utilities may occur and are unfortunately outside the host’s control. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to embrace the slower pace and natural beauty of the coast during any brief outages.
