Charming Arvada Home - Walking distance to Olde Town

Super comfortable, clean house close to downtown and lots of amenities! We really enjoyed our stay!

Myself and extended family had rented this house for a family wedding locally. Check in process was great, easy to get In, starter household essentials were wonderful and I felt it was very clean. The children’s toys were a big hit and a nice distraction. There is plenty of space for our whole family within the place and we never felt on top of each other. Plenty of kitchen necessities as well, it was great they had some basic cooking supplies as well (spices). My only suggestion would be to add some type of window covering to the basement egress window. I found it very difficult and bright while attempting to sleep at night/get littles to nap and sleep. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Check in was super easy. House was clean and had plenty of amenities and space for everyone. Was walking distance to Olde Town and Walmart.

The host was very accommodating and the house had all the amenities we needed.

The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the refrigerator compressor is insanely loud, and there’s a vent directly over the basement bedroom, so it actually woke me several times per night. Otherwise, everything was great. Quiet neighborhood. Good location.

Cute and clean house with large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and a beautiful backyard! Plenty of toys for younger children as well.

We were several women and we were in and out of the house for a convention. Location was great for our convention.

This house was mostly great for our group of 6. It's clear that it has been recently remodeled, so the carpeting & furnishings are new. The biggest challenge we had was with the A/C. It was cold on the main floor, very cold on the lower level, and hot upstairs. It was a 90º week, so this system was clearly struggling to cool evenly.We cooked every breakfast and a few dinners at the house. The new fridge & freezer worked well, but the kitchen lacked a colander & reasonable cooking sheets. Also, this house needs more substantial cutting boards and art on the walls. The back yard was a very nice place to hang out, but the cushions are very tired & worn. We had to wipe down all the furniture & table before eating out there. Finally, walking distance to Olde Town is a stretch. It's nearly a mile, on a busy road. It's still super convenient by car or bike, but One mile from Olde Town would be more accurate.

This was the perfect location for our family trip to Denver:). Nice quiet neighborhood and perfect home.

We loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was ready to use.

We were in Arvada for a softball tournament. This home was centrally located to all the ball parks. It was also convenient for shopping and restaurants. The home itself was comfortable and nicely furnished with many thoughtful touches and supplies. We especially appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the garage with all the equipment we were carrying. We highly recommend this rental!

The home was very nice and well-kept. There was plenty of room, and the outdoor patio was a pleasant place to have morning coffee or tea. Each of us said that our beds were quite comfortable. There are quite a few stairs, which is something to keep in mind. The location was great! We were able to drive around or catch Lyfts/ Ubers with no issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We were in Denver for our youngest daughter’s wedding and this home was fabulous! Clean, well stocked, & convenient location! Many good memories were made!

We were impressed by how many amenities were avaliable to us. Location was perfect for all our family meet ups. Arvada is a cute community.

Lots of space (as pictured) and plenty of toys for little ones. Location is close to the highway, Olde Town Arvada and 20 minutes to the city. Definitely a great spot for families or groups.

Great place for families. We wanted a place close to our daughter, son-in-law, & granddaughters who live in Arvada and this was perfect! Stayed for 9 days! Great grandparents visited for 2 nights, kept our 11/2 granddaughter for 4 nights. This place was perfect for all ages.

Awesome location, host, house, all was great! I would recommend and i would stay there again.

We had a great time staying here, fit 5 people comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Denver and wanting to stay close to the city and close to the mountains
