We had an amazing stay in Astoria. The home was so charming, the views amazing and more than enough room for our family. A well stocked kitchen so we were able to prepare our meals at home. Amy was very accommodating when I asked if we could have family over for brunch : ) which made our stay all the better. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all our friends and family.

Highly recommended. Literally everything you need for a quick trip or extended stay. Hosts are amazing. Chef’s kitchen. Outstanding location with incredible view, yet just enough out of downtown for peace and quiet. 5min to Pier 39 and 5min to food, drinks, and coffee. Plenty of room inside to hide away and read a book by the fire, watch the ships pass from the living room, or chat at the bar while prepping for dinner. If there ever was an exceptional property this is it. Don’t hesitate, just book it before someone else does. 10 stars, 5 is not enough.

This home had the perfect layout for a weekend gathering of friends. The kitchen had every tool, dish, glass needed to cook/eat all of our meals. All 7 of us could linger comfortably around the dining table. Having both the parlor with the gas fireplace and the living room provided us all space for quiet time as needed. We primarily gathered in the living room, taking in views of moody clouds, sheets of rain, rainbows, and all the ship traffic on the Columbia. What a show! Amy was the perfect host and I would definitely return to this home.

This house couldn’t be more perfect for a weekend in Astoria with family. It’s clean, spacious, well decorated and had thoughtful touches throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms. My family of 5 spent a weekend here for a wedding, and it was a great landing spot for the festivities as it was so close to anything we needed. Be sure to walk down to Coffee Girl (15 min) or the nearby Safeway if you need groceries. Also- you can’t beat the living room view of the water!

The neighborhood is quiet yet close to all Astoria’s attractions. The views are great—the port, the bridge and the sunset. We love it. Amy is the perfect host as well.

This home is lovely, with river views from multiple rooms. It is decorated with so many nice touches, the kitchen is well stocked, and it is located on a quiet dead-end street while still being close to the river walk and downtown. Best of all was our host Amy-what a friendly and helpful soul! She kindly furnished beach chairs and sand buckets for our trip to the river, and she shared info with my grandson about nearby arcades.

Beautiful home with everything you need to have the perfect stay in Astoria. Amy is an incredible host and ensures you are perfectly welcomed into her home. The view from just about every window of this home has incredible views of the water, the big ships coming and going, along with the amazing sky lit up at night as the sun sets. You can also see the Goonies house and the school from Kindergarden Cop right outside the windows. We enjoyed the stay comfortably with 6 people, and a 7th joined us one night. there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out or to be as close as you like. You can walk to a fun pier with shops and coffee/cafe and are a quick drive to all the fun of downtown. The house itself is quiet. The faint sounds of the barking seals can be heard and the host provided earplugs on night stands but they were not needed. All and all, a great trip to a great house. We are already planning a return trip!

I visited with three colleagues for a workshop in Astoria. This place is so nice, with a great view overlooking the river and four bedrooms. The bed I was in was super comfortable. One person brought their spouse, so they took the master suite downstairs and the rest of us each had a perfect spot upstairs. We enjoyed eating breakfast and visiting together in the evenings. This place - and the wonderful host, Amy - could possibly ruin me for anywhere else. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It's super spacious, with more than enough room for the 3 of us. It has everything we needed and is apppointed so beautifully, with lots of very personal, thoughtful touches. There's lots of love put into the upkeep of this house and you can feel it in every room. And Amy! What a sweet, welcome, warm and wonderful host! I've not been very excited to stay in rental properties the last few years, as they feel less and less personal; it's felt apparent that the owners don't LIVE at the property. This house is the antithesis of that. I HIGHLY recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We visited Astoria, as a two family group 4 adults, five kids. It was a trip down memory lane for my husband and his sister. The house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its charm. The exterior, adorned with lush garden and a welcoming porch, set the stage for a delightful retreat. The views could not be beat! Fresh flower bouquets in every room made us so very happy! Whether lounging in the comfy living room or enjoying meals in the well-appointed kitchen, every moment felt like an escape. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the backyard oasis. The meticulously landscaped garden offered a peaceful sanctuary, ideal for morning coffees or evening conversations under the stars.
