Charming and clean beach house, 1.5 blocks from the sand! Spacious game room!

Beautiful home! Check in was very easy, kitchen, fully equipped, bedrooms, all a nice size, two full baths and everything in excellent condition! Games in the garage for all ages and the pack and play really helped us out a lot! The owner was lovely and very helpful. My family had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the house! Close proximity to the beach… An easy walk. Quiet neighborhood and ideal for a summer vacation.

We had a great stay! The house was just as listed and a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk. The garage was filled with games and activities for all ages. Everyone in our group found something to love.

We rented this property for a week last August and enjoyed it so much that we rented it for a week again this year. Our review is much the same as last year. The property was extremely clean and well equipped. Just about everything is provided that you might need. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses. The house is nicely renovated so all of the appliances, bathrooms, decor, etc. are fairly new. The furnishings are comfortable and the rooms are not overcrowded so there is plenty of storage space and room to spread out your personal items. There is a good supply of beach equipment and bicycles that are all in good condition. It's great to have a garage to store all of that during the week. The game room is a fun spot in the evenings and on a rainy day. The beach is a short walk and less crowded than the other public beaches. There is also a great view of the Thursday evening fireworks from the back patio. No need to deal with the crowds on the boardwalk! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Most importantly, Diedre the landlord is extremely helpful and immediately responsive when there is an issues. She goes out of her way to ensure that the house is in excellent condition, clean, comfortable and welcoming to renters. We would definitely rent again next year if our schedule allows.

We had a great week at this home. Check in was a breeze. One of the cleanest and best maintained shore houses I’ve ever stayed at. Close enough to the action but far enough for peace and quiet. We would love to stay here again!

This property was amazing! My family and I stayed here for the Break Cancer Walk in Point Pleasant in October. Location was perfect, nice walk to boardwalk. The house was so clean. Host was so sweet, left such a sweet card and goodies. The game room totally makes the house! Would love to stay here again for during summer. Very kid and family friendly. Neighbors were super sweet as well! 100% recommend!

Didi was great with communication l. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need while away from home. We all had a great time playing air hockey and ping pong on site. There were also bikes and beach chairs etc for use. The house is right down the road from the beach and was a quick couple minutes walk there . The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. And we received a gift basket with goodies for the kids. Highly recommended this home for family vacation and Didi was an awesome host.
