Charming 5 Bedroom House - 1 Block to King Street

The property is in a great location. Close to King Street and several restaurants in walking distance. The home is large enough to sleep 9 adults comfortably. Full kitchen and good outside seating. Parking was our only issue. The property has one space assigned. With construction in the area, street parking is limited. Closest garage is several blocks down King Street at 24/day.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was very spacious for the 7 of us. It was clean and we had everything we needed. It is a beautiful home. The host communicated several times to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying at this home.

We loved staying here. It was a great spot for my girls and husbands to stay during our wedding weekend.

The home was in a perfect location - the construction across the street was definitely loud, but I’m not going to fault it because it won’t be happening forever and it was listed on the description. It was great for us all - loved that everyone had access to a bathroom. Kitchen was a bit tight, but completely functional. I did notice some light damage on the walls - my guess is from previous renters who taped things up - but again, did not detract from the aesthetics of the place. Note for anyone with more people than the beds fit - I slept on the couch so our bachelorette could have her own bed and it was super comfortable! Management was responsive when we had any questions, too. House was clean and well outfitted. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

We came to Charleston for a girls trip. None of us had been before and this was the perfect house for us! Close to everything, shopping, dining etc. the house has everything you could need and more. Super clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely stay again!

Cute house. Very clean and well-stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 6. The location is very walkable to King street and other local attractions. Our only challenge was from noise of nearby construction early in the mornings, but that’s not a reflection of the house or the host. We had a great time, and it was a lovely place to stay while we enjoyed Charleston.

The property inside is AMAZing!!

This property was great for a group a friends that wanted to be close to King Street. The property was extremely clean, we had an easy time connecting with the host, and it was in a great location one block off of King Street. The house living room and kitchen were tight for a group more than 8 people, but otherwise, it was a great stay.

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had such a fantastic stay with girlfriends at this property in Charleston. The house was well appointed, clean upon arrival and as described. The rooms and bathrooms were all great size, perfect for sharing and spacious enough for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the finishings were all beautiful - a very well renovated spot. The location was walking distance to corner stores and restaurants, and a short cab ride to the main strip. It was also easy to access roads taking you to Sullivan’s Island and Isle de Palms. Arrival and check out was super simple, the home felt secure, equipped with cameras, etc. Highly recommend this as a place to stay for a fantastic girls getaway!

Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of room for gathering in the living room. Beautiful, fresh, and contemporary decor. Reserved parking just steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed except wine glasses. Close to several nice restaurants and a short Uber ride to everywhere else we wanted to go,

Our group was made up of 4 couples from various parts of the country attending a wedding of a mutual friend's son. We wanted a house with a large living room/kitchen where we could hang out and catch up with each other...this house was perfect for our group.
