Charming 4-bedroom house with fenced yard in wonderful neighborhood

Nice location in Urbandale, close to many good restaurants.

The house was in great condition. The host were available if needed. The location was great for us.

The host was welcoming and responded quickly to all my questions. Great location. The house was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen was easy to use. We would stay here again.

Everything was great. Nice fence yard for dog. Multiple areas for family to gather . Convenient location for our visit. Excellent communication with host.

4 bedrooms. Nice space. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood

Very clean home, great fenced in yard, safe neighborhood, well supplied and the host is off-site but easy to communucate with.

We stayed only 1 night, but the house more than fit our needs to accommodate our family of 7 prior to the Drake relays. Everything in the house was as expected. Check in & out was very easy with easy access to the Des Moines area & interstate.

Worked out great for 5 adults in Iowa for the Nascar race. Always nice to have a place to relax and regroup after a long race.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to hangout and talk or play. Beds were comfortable.

Great location to all the events we were in town for. Plenty of room for all of us.

This home was the perfect size for our family. My kids loved it! I loved that I was able to bring the dog and not have to board her. The house was well stocked. We were able to make a full breakfast one morning. Beautiful neighborhood as well. We loved all of the trees in the backyard too. We will be back!

A perfect base for exploring the area. My wife loved seeing the nearby horse races. Beautiful relaxing back yard with a super chain link fence to keep our little corgi dog safe. Having 2 spacious decks to kick back and have a glass of wine after a busy day was woderful. And, the neighbors on both sides were very friendly and extremely quiet...i think we only saw them for 10 minutes during our 6 day stay.

The house was great. The basement bedroom felt a little chilly, but we didn’t use it so all was well for us.

We so enjoyed this beautiful home. Great location, spacious home and very welcoming. We would definitely stay again if the occasion arises.

We went to Iowa because my mother law was dying. Joy was so accommodating and easy to work with. She’s super nice and down to earth. If you have a senior dog be advised the deck is up high so there are lots of steps for the dog to get to the fenced back yard. Ours managed ok except when it snowed. Other than that all was fantastic. Five stars!
