Charming 4 Bedroom Home In Lake Luzerne. 10 miles to Lake George Village.

It was very spacious and cozy. So unique!! Wish we had a chart for the abundant amount of light switches also could have used a few more towels

This property is fantastic. Sooooo much room 4 spacious bedrooms. One n the lower floor is a full suite. We went with my whole family. 1 couple and 1 year old in bottom floor suite, 2 adult kids if n the bunk room and 1 adult child in huge master. Parents on second floor with our own bathroom. 3 1/2 bathroom in total.. fireplaces on main and lower floors. Televisions in all bedrooms and living room. 8 person wraparound couch so comfortable. Kitchen has much more than standard supplies. Lots of pots and pans. More than enough pryex dishes. Crock pot, electric griddle, kitchen aid mixer. I'm a cook and loved it all. If you can't find something, look in a closet. Extra table, pillows, blanket. Game room in garage is terrific . Pool table upright arcade games, and my favorite a pachinko machine on the wall. My whole family loved it , I highly recommend this house for rental. We plan to return. Many thanks to great hosts!!

This place left us wanting to return again! So beautifully decorated, and so many amenities! The pictures truly do not do it justice. From the beginning AnnMarie was a great host, answering my many questions quickly. The information was clear and easy to follow for directions, check in , house hold stuff. I traveled with a group of 7 ladies all in our 50's, and we had a wonderful time. The hot tub on the snowy nights,was amazing. The house was plenty warm even with the huge beautiful windows encasing the snow frosted trees. The game room in the garage was fun, all of the bedrooms were great, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, everything we needed to cook or own dinner. The ice machine was a nice touch. This felt like we were away from the world while still being only 10 minutes from everything! If we were to return in warmer weather the large screened in porch or fire pit would definitely be enjoyed. We lounged on the huge comfy couch and played games. AnnMarie checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be looking to return next year!

Absolutely love this place. Host is so welcoming, all details thought out. Hot tub was perfect, beds are comfy and lots of space. Game room fun with teens! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful first time visit to upstate NY. This house is perfect for large families and all ages. Quiet location and close to everything. We saw a deer just outside the kitchen window. The beds were very comfortable and the game room was a hit. Would definitely recommend!

Large rooms, nice kitchen, great showers, large hot-tub (best we've seen) clean, and well maintained. Really enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable and warm.

The house was even better than the pictures. It was perfect for our family. The location was near everything we had going on that weekend. The only complaint the family had was that I didnt book it an extra day so we could enjoy it longer. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful! It's a beautiful peaceful location. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Easy travelling to Lake George Village/Outlets. It's true that wifi is sporadic but there is a landline if necessary. We incurred a slight problem and the owners were right on top of it. Communication with us was wonderful through out the entire process and it was rectified same day. The screened in porch was enjoyed by everyone (6) at all times of day thanks to the ceiling fan. We had to bring out chairs so we could all sit together. Bedroom and bathrooms/showers are great. Downstairs bedroom has a coffee bar! There is not a dresser or closet though. The outside grilled was great to have. You'll want to bring foils and wraps.

Check in was easy with detailed instructions on the route to the house, because internet access cuts off about a mile from the house. Once at the house, you can access wifi. Kitchen has charm and great function with old style but new range and refrigerator. Used all four bedrooms, and enjoyed game room in converted garage, swingset, firepit, and hot tub!

This is a beautiful home! There’s plenty of space. We were a group of 7 adults and had a great time. The yard is beautiful and great for spending time outside. The host was very kind and responsive. The only thing was we didn’t have great cell service and did have some trouble with the WiFi connection. Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental. It was wonderful - thank you soo much!!!!

This is the perfect home for a family vacation or getaway with friends. Everything is set up for a convenience with a little luxury thrown in. Fully set with everything you need. We cooked, played games and ventured to the beach and town. So close to Lake George! Couldn't ask for more. Can't wait to book again.

A very beautiful woodsy property with all the conveniences. The kitchen was well stocked with any gear we needed and the oven worked beautifully. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the cool Adirondack nights. Comfortably close to Lake George and very responsive host. 100% I would stay here again.

This was our second time staying and another successful trip. We love this place, we love the game room and the hot tub. The house is comfy and beautiful. Nice and peaceful getaway that we plan on coming back for a third time in the not so distant future. Thank you again for letting us stay

This property was amazing. It is nestled in the woods and very private. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The game room was fun for all ages. The host, Annmarie, was available and easy to contact. She was a wonderful host. I cant say enough wonderful things about this property and I highly recommend it!!!

Fun house in woods. Very peaceful but has a separate game room that made for some laughs playing darts pool and air hockey. The downstairs bedroom gets a bit cool so dress warm for that area. But there is a fireplace there if needed. Otherwise great location for a fun yet peaceful vacation

We had a blast. Even though the weather was not so great we still had a wonderful time hanging out in this sprawling cabin. More than enough room for our family of four. It was definitely updated but made to look “old timey” as my son would say. We enjoyed all the fun details of the house. And the game room was a hit! It got my older son off of his phone to play hoops and air hockey. While my younger one enjoyed the firepit and playing in the backyard. Close enough to lake George and away from the lake George crowds and traffic. The kitchen has everything you need as well! No complaints!

Five children 7-11 and we had plenty to do!! Game room super cool. Just enough space in the house where people were not on top of each other. The pictures do not accurately reflect how large the house is. The outside back is perfect for little adventure and little R&R. Owner was amazing with responses when I was unsure of things.

Spent three days at this cabin and it is absolutely perfect for a breakaway stay or vacation. Quiet, peaceful, and yet packed with all the enjoyment you’ll need. We will definitely be back here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this house as well as the hosts!! The pictures do not do the home justice, it’s just beautiful inside and out. The hosts were more than accommodating for our stay! They gave us great restaurant recommendations along with plenty of things to do in the area , but honestly the house is so cozy and perfect there’s no need to leave! We loved the wood burning stoves and the kids had an absolute blast with the game room and hot tub! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It truly was a perfect relaxing winter getaway! Thank you for an absolutely amazing time! We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful place. As we entered for the first time, there was a large lit Christmas tree that gave the cabin a very homey feel. Living room couch was very comfortable and big enough for the 6 of us. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Very clean! Did not smell musty as sometimes happens with cabins. Everything in kitchen worked. You will not be disappointed.

The cabin had everything and anything that one could possibly need! It was beautiful and tastefully decorated, close to Lake George but yet tucked in the woods. We had a great stay!

Everything about the house and our stay was amazing! Annmarie was wonderful to work with for Start to finish. She is very clear and communicates in a very timely manner. The house was exactly as described. The highlights for the kids was the game room and hot tub!!! A lot of space and very comfortable. A great Adirondack feel - a house in the woods! We also loved the fire pit - bonus was being right next to the hot tub!! The location was great - we explored Lake George, Prospect Mountain, took a day trip to The Great Escape, and the Adk Treetop course. It was my daughter’s 12th birthday and she had a fantastic weekend! If I ever get the chance to visit Annmarie’s place again I would in a heartbeat! Treetop course!

Exceptional experience in every way. Instant communication with AnnMarie. The entire house is beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped. The game room was a constant source of entertainment for our grandsons. Easy trips to many fun family activities. There is a reason why this house has received nothing but superior reviews! It’s a true gem!

Everything was wonderful and a good location for boating, swimming, rodeo, horse racing, and casino. Hot tub and fire pit made night enjoyable. Game room an extra plus when weather was not desireable

Quiet area but only 15 min. To lake - house was Very Clean. Every amenity listed was working properly. Communication with owner was quick. ABSOLUTELY PLAN ON RETURNING

Great location, home was clean, beds were extremely squeaky and uncomfortable for the premium the host required, but here is what made us walk away from this booking: There was a camera pointing directly at the hot tub in the back of the home. There was an additional camera inside the game room. We understand the reasoning for having a camera on the front of the home, but not INSIDE living space and definitely not pointing at a hot tub (super cringe). At some point we asked ourselves: where else are there cameras that we don't even know about. Very uncomfortable to say the least. So much for private cabin.

We all had a wonderful time while staying in this wonderful home in the woods. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. A little difficult getting into the house because of the front step, esp. if you are elderly. Excellent communication with owner concerning any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to others who don’t mind being pretty far away from major attractions.

We had the best time at Annmarie’s cabin in the woods. She was in constant communication from the minute we booked through our stay which was very appreciated. The house was very clean, spacious, and so fun! Our families had the best time. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

Everything went extremely well and we had a lot of fun getting to the numerous local attractions such as boat rentals, swimming, hiking, shopping and dining. We were also able to relax at home and enjoy the super game room and hot tub. There really was something for everyone. The home is beautiful and relaxing to stay in with very separate sleeping areas with their own bathrooms, which was a real bonus for the (2) young families that stayed there with us. Everything was well stocked and we were able to settle into relaxing and vacationing with ease. Annmarie was very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this home for a vacation in the Lake George area with easy access to everything.
