Stayed Dec 28, 2025This cute place is exactly how it presents I'm pleased to say. The kitchen is nicely outfitted. The bedrooms are spacious, and extra cozy blankets were appreciated this chilly Jan! The neighborhood is so quiet, the host Brigit was amazing and answered any inquiry within minutes of me contacting her! She ordered us a bike tire pump and it was delivered within hrs of the ask! A grocery store, and drug store are within 1.5 miles down the road. Nice set of beach gear, for your treks to the beach. I will be renting this again, as I go to Venice often. It was PERFECT. THX BRIGIT!

Stayed Oct 11, 2025House was great and most importantly in a nice neighborhood. I’m always worried about the neighborhood but this felt very safe and nice!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This is an absolutely great house with a nice pool! In a great little neighborhood close to anything you need and still nice a quite. Plenty of towels for the pool and beach, beach chairs and everything you would need for the beach. Everything went perfectly for our 1 week stay. I really hope my family gets a chance to stay there again!!!

Stayed Jun 2, 2025VERY nice house! My teens really enjoyed having their own rooms and the pool was really great! We had plenty of space with nice size tables! Very comfortable and spacious couches and the little area in the Florida room was a nice place to sit and read or look outside. There were plenty of towels and big beach towels! The beach chairs were great too. We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed besides a quick grocery run! Overall, it was just a really great place we called home for those 2 weeks!
