    Nice unit. Beds comfortable and baths nice. Amenities lacking in that there was limited toiletries, no coffee filters, flatware was very sparse, had to buy a frying pan, and fridge water trickled out like maybe the filter was old. A lot of dog hair on porch, and I had to fix the garage door for it to work on arrival. Thermostat limited to 70 and that was warm for us. Location was nice but I didn’t realize there would be that much traffic noise from bridge across the creek. Still was a good week, desent value. Just plan on bringing a few items with you.

    The location was ideal for walking to Center Street and all the boutiques and eating establishments. We rented a golf cart for the 6 of us and drove around the area which was a blast. We enjoyed the escape room, pier and beach area. We had coffee on the balcony every morning. The house was the perfect size for the six of us. The upstairs toilet was our only complaint, it sprayed water on the floor when flushed as it wasn’t properly seated to the floor. Overall the area was a great girls weekend.

    Easy check-in. Nice location within walking distance to the main strip and the Lost Dog Cafe. Great view from the master bedroom. The house looked like the pictures and had plenty of space for everyone staying. The property needs some maintenance though. The whole house smelled of mold. There was tape above the light switches next to the fireplace that said do not turn on for safety. There was water inside the fireplace and the wall next to the balcony door was clearly warped from water damage. Additionally, there were water stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. On the day of checkout, the cleaners let themselves in the house without knocking at 9:45 before the 10:00 checkout.

    The communication with property management was sorely lacking. I processed the online form for maintenance just like they said I should do and never got a response. The ceiling fan on screen porch didn’t work and toilet was running. Also the air conditioner stopped working. The air conditioner was repaired but nothing else was addressed. I would suggest some other things but I will let owner know. Kitchen needs things like silverware and skillets, even a can opener.

    The house had so many issues!! It seemed as if the entire house was just a handy man job fixed with duct tape and paint.On day one, we had to send a maintenence request for 3 issues.1. There were 2 coffee pots which neither worked. One of them overflowed all over the counter and we had to use the only paper towels provided to clean it up.2. The garage door wouldnt open and we had to manually raise it so we could park our car in the garage. We were told our car would be towed by the HOA if parked anywhere else.3. One of the ceiling fans motor burnt out. It looked rough!On day 3, we had to submit another maintenance request. The toilet lever broke, which meant we didnt have a bathroom on the main floor for 2 days.These things are all fixable but it just summed up our experience at this property.Other issues we noticed and dealt with...The house had a mildew smell and there were leak stains on the ceiling in multiple rooms, even visible mold spot.The bathroom's light fixture was pulling away from the wall and looked as if it was going to fall any moment.The main floor bed was so hard and uncomfortable that 2 people had to sleep on the couch all week.A majority of dishes and cups were chipped and/or broken. The stove's controls had all been wiped off so we had to guess the heat levels. Both the back & front doors didnt close well and/or bad stripping. We could see light coming in around the edges.I would book somewhere else especially for the price!

    This was a great spot. It’s quiet and relaxing, but only a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The screened in porch is amazing!The beds were all very comfortable. We had all the kitchen appliances and dish ware that we needed.The dishwasher didn’t clean very well, so we hand washed our dishes.
