I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent a very enjoyable February at this rental. It is well situated between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing so both squares can be accessed easily by golf cart. Stores and restaurants are close by as well and the house is clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was a great place to stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No ice maker, clothes dryer took forever to dry clothes, furniture about worn out and dirty, carpet needs to be replaced, fan in second bedroom was broken. Looks like a good deal on the internet but close to renting a dump. Maid service was great and so was the property manager.

Reviewer Comments: The location was very good near shopping and town squares only a short golf cart ride away. Lisa of Down home was very attentive to our needs. We had a bit of tussle with tiny ants but a few ant traps took care of the situation.

Plenty of room, pillows, bedspreads, etc. Ice maker would have been nice but he managed.

Stayed Jan 2, 2022Problems from day one! VRBO pictures did not show carpeting was filthy, worn, and rippled in 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom and walk in closet were the worst! Had ants around kitchen sink, in the dishwasher, and in master bath around sink! Master toilet never worked right, 2nd bath toilet leaked! After much back and forth with management company professionals came in and fixed ant and toilet issues! Refrigerator had no ice maker. Bought trays and made my own! On the bright side location was excellent and golf cart was nice! Will be renting next year for 3 months same location but different home!!!
