Stayed Oct 30, 2025Place was clean, good amenities but very dated. Bedroom carpets were stained, missing baseboards. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked.

Stayed Jan 22, 2026We came up from Buffalo for a fishing trip. We stayed three nights. Perfect little house! The host is amazing and accommodating. Zero complaints! Highly recommend. We plan on coming up here several times a year in the winters for years to come as long as it's still available!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Nice property in quiet neighborhood backed up to a school (so might be louder when school is in session) Very simple but adequate house, furniture and beds are old but in good shape. Quite a few spiders and webs we had to swipe, and house smelled like Lysol when we showed up, so definitely mention before arrival if you are sensitive to cleaning chemicals. Great value though, and lots more room than a hotel. Would stay here again if we come to town.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025the location was perfect as we came up to watch the class of 2025 graduate high school! being right at the school made the ease of walking easier as we didn’t need to worry about parking. the house was a bit dated, but that doesn’t matter for a 3 night stay! communication with the host was very easy and she was fast to reply!
