Charming 3-bedroom house with WiFi and AC in Point Pleasant Beach

Poor communication about important things- like “available parking” means on-street only and next to impossible to find on a Friday afternoon! Some of my party parked over a mile away! Also, “laundry available” means at a laundromat up the street! Really? For a family using the beach allweekend? At an additional cost? Beach passes not provided. This was made clear by the host but on day 1 it cost us 65 for allof us to get on the beach! That’s a lot of money over 4 days after paying so much for the rental. The kitchen was adequate, but the dishwasher was broken which we found out only after loading it with 2 days of dishes and contacting the host. Also, we couldn’t get the oven to heat up, and no toaster meant we needed to use the broiler to toast bagels. Also, there wasn’t an ice maker and only one ice cube tray. Overall we were disappointed but the house was clean, there were a few towels it was laid out nicely and basically comfortable. Better communication would have been nice with putting out the garbage, as there were several bags of garbage from previous visitors in the cans and we didn’t know when to put them out. Also some basic info about how the TV works, cost of beach access would have helped. The location is very close to the beach and the boardwalk activity was far enough away to not be disturbing at night but still very walkable.

What a great place at a great location! Steps away from the boardwalk and the beach. The fireworks on Thursday night were right in front of our location. Our host could not have been better! Will definitely come back

Great location for the beach and boardwalk. House was spacious and clean. Know before you go street parking only! Great stay, would definitely go back!
