Charming 3-bedroom house in peaceful North Durham

Our host was wonderful. She helped me with a mistake I made on our reservation. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

What a lovely space to stay in. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the home was comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Lots of kitchen space. Our host was very responsive. Will definitely return to this home when we are in the area.

Perfect home located in a great neighborhood. It was close to the university, and all the happenings around town! We were able to go tour, come back to eat lunch, and go back out for the afternoon. It was the best experience!

We needed a place for family to get together for a wedding in Hillsborough. This place was perfect for five of us. It was set up nicely with plenty of room for all and a big gathering table for Meals and playing cards! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Great house in an even better location. Perfect neighborhood for walks. Everywhere we drove to was within 10 minutes. Even the south side of Durham. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Big comfy couch for movie night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every day. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay on Wheaton Rd. It was clean, had great amenities , and the owner was very helpful. The rooms were good sized. It was in a nice neighborhood and It was close to many stores. We enjoyed restaurants such as Bullocks Barbecue, The Loop and Big Bad Breakfast. It was easy to get to all of those places.

House was perfect. Was exactly as described and just what I was looking for. In a good area close to most things. Nicely remodeled with a good open floor plan. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

The house was very clean and in order. The house met our needs during our necessary time at Duke University Hospital. The house was very convenient to Duke University Hospital, which made it easy to travel back and forth as needed. Grocery stores were within a short 3-4 minute drive. Jessica, the owner was very easy to communicate with, she responded in a very timely manner. She was also able to accommodate us, upon relatively short notice, when our son's hospital stay was extended longer than we had anticipated. The neighborhood was quiet and not on a main road. We would recommend this home for your time in Durham. P & P

Sorry for the lengthy review, but I wanted to be thorough due to this being a new listing. This property was the perfect property for our family. The neighborhood was a nice, quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and eateries close by. The house itself was a beautiful 3 bedroom house with plenty of room for my wife and I, 2 children, and my father. The Kitchen had everything we needed as well with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans for cooking. The neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, but I had one pleasant experience with a neighbor who was considerate enough to come over in the late evening to let me know I had left my trunk open. I appreciated that very much. The host was very attentive and responsive to my needs and would answer my messages within a minute or less. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this house and even stay in it again in the future.
