Great place for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable, as well as other furniture. Temperature was adequately controlled and comfortable. Appliances worked well and kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories. The only specific critique was low water pressure throughout the unit.

Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with everything and look forward to staying there again!

This place was situated right on Social circle with view of live music and walk to coffee shop. AC, TV and Wifi worked great which has not always been case at a few rentals in the past. Had plenty of cups, plates, silverware too for our large group. We loved it.

The space and the bunk rooms worked out perfect. This place is adorable and in great shape. We did not hear ANY construction noise at all. The location is perfect. You can sit out on the patio or deck and listen to the live music for town square (great for those with little kids who are already asleep). Also a short walk to all of the food options, especially to grab a quick coffee! We would absolutely stay here again.A few drawbacks:- the bunk rooms dont really have doors (thats why they arent bedrooms) - can be an issue with noise- the beds are SUPER high, including the king bed (my toddler fell off at one point and was not happy) and the bunk beds. Again, just a bit tough if you have smaller children.- the kitchen sink is motion censored and it gave us so much trouble.

Loved that we did not have to go anywhere far. They had restaurants and beach that are walking distance.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was so hot and we were unable to turn the A/C down. It was at an unreasonable temperature and nobody could sleep. We all laid there with no sheets or blankets on and fans at full blast and we’re still sweating. The back bedroom was over 80 degrees for sure. The construction next door we were warned about in the description but it did not mention that they would start at 6am each morning. There were jackhammers going by 6 every morning if our stay. There was ZERO sleep to be had on this trip by anyone. The condo is very cute, great location, and if those two things weren’t issues it would be a 10/10. But unfortunately those issues were so bad we couldnt wait to go home.

Dishes had food crusted on them. I suspect the dishwasher was not run by the previous tenant and the crew just put them back on the shelves.

Reviewer Comments: Beach Crush is a great home for large families - we had 3 couples (parents, g'parents & aunt and uncle), plus 4 big kids and this home works great! Every inch is usable space - and not crowded! Large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Our only issue was a non-working dishwasher.

The house also had all the kitchen appliances and cookware we needed to make any meal. The home does look out on the busy town center and there is construction right next to the houses so keep that in mind if you prefer a quieter environment.
