Charming 3 Bdrm Home-Less than 1 mile from Village of Skaneateles-with Parking

Perfect family vacation house. Close to the village, but far enough out so it’s quiet and relaxing. Great walking streets. Kitchen is well appointed and the house has been almost entirely remodeled tastefully. I will definitely keep this house in my “short list” to revisit.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property! The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house is well laid out - good common spaces, nice size bedrooms, great kitchen. Property looks wonderful with a back patio, but it rained all weekend. Convenient location within minutes of Skaneateles village. Alison was quickly responsive to requests and accommodating anything we needed.

Several pots and pans, dishes and utensil's for a large group. The owner was very attentive to my family as for the reason we were there was to plan my daughters passing. We had plenty of room to plan together our tragic situation. She checked in several times to make sure everything including us was okay. The place was extremely clean. One thing to point out is we couldn't find the silverware until the end of our stay; it's in the drawer left of the sink in its own pull-out drawer. We did laugh at ourselves because there was a note with an arrow WE all missed saying exactly where it was. I highly recommend this place.

This was a return visit for me and my daughters. It was like coming home. We love the house. My 1-year-old grandson fully enjoyed watching school buses go by while sitting on the front porch. Lovely property. We will return!

Beautiful home! It has everything for a nice stay! Beds are very comfortable!

Nice Memorial day weekend at Skaneatles. Beautiful kitchen. Nice gas fireplace. Easy access to downtown.

The property was great for us as a family. Fantastic kitchen, nice garden, walkable to the center of town and the lake. We'd happily stay again.

We just got done with a wonderful stay at this place. The neighborhood was quitet and peaceful and the location was ideal. The house has a great layout letting the kids play in one room while the adults visit in the other. We hope we can stay here longer next time.

This is a lovely property on a beautiful lot. The owners have done a fabulous job restoring and modernizing this grand home. It is super clean and we had everything we needed and more.
