Charming 2BR cottage, new deck, grill, AC, open floor plan, Washer/Dryer & MORE!

Very well equipped, clean, comfortable home in a quiet, family neighborhood. Conveniently located with several restaurants nearby. Close to beaches. We would stay here again.

The cottage was cozy and well-suited for a group of 3 to 4 people. It was clean and conveniently located near both the beach and local shops. Due to the humid weather, there was a slight musty odor upon arrival, which quickly dissipated once the air conditioning was turned on. It would have been a nice added touch to have bicycles and beach passes included with the rental. However, towels, linens and coffee supplies were very much appreciated as these were included. Communication with the owner was good! Overall, great stay!

We were so impressed with this Vrbo rental! It was neat as a pin, had so many extra touches - spices in the drawer, tea and coffee, sugar and even Hershey kisses! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Comfortable beds and a short ride to the beach!

This is a great place to use as a launchpad for the Rhode Island shore and surrounding area. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to some great spots or a short drive to the beach!

Wonderful host, beautifully appointed cottage with a very nice deck and fenced yard. Water pressure was phenomenal and everything was clean. The extra touches like coffee bar and ice was just so thoughtful. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this place and Fuel Coffee up the street for breakfast if you do want to go out.

The cottage suited our needs very nicely. We enjoyed being able to ride bikes through neighborhoods and swimming in the river that is very close to the cottage. There are many things to do in the surrounding area including a nearby homemade ice cream shop, the ocean and beaches and mini-golf, to name a few. Kristin was a wonderful host!

Kristin’s rental was clean, kid friendly, and in a good location for easy access to beaches etc. We would definitely stay again!

Not a lot to take care of but a lot to enjoy. Extremely clean. Very close to beaches, restaurants, and of course, ice cream. Whole process was painless. Definitely want to come back.

Great comfortable place to stay. They need a new coffee pot. For the money they should provide 2 ply toilet paper and shouldn't water down the handsoap in the bathroom
