Charming 2bd Downtown Suite

Everything was exactly how it was described. Great great location for easy walking. There was even a Target near by. We bought muffins and enjoyed a quick breakfast on the porch before checkout. I had communication the entire time with the property. Excellent stay.

Location, location, location. In the heart of downtown Charleston, but you still did not feel like you were in the inner city. Great communication between owner and guests.

I cannot believe this property is rentable. Wires hanging, no working front porch light, not up to code. I am disabled and fell twice on the stairs due to the uneven heights. door fell off vanity. The vents are so dirty and clogged that it is unhealthful. Please request a building inspection to make this rentable. When the other couple came with us to view the place, they left and got a hotel. should have done the same. Awful experience.

Parking is a little tight so be prepared! Great location to be able to walk to anything and everything!

Parking is super tight but we did it, we have a Tahoe so it is a large vehicle. Because of the location of the property once we got there and got our car parked there was no need to move it again as we were able to walk to everything, including the aquarium, the battery, city market and tons of restaurants. The accommodations were super comfortable and incredibly affordable, especially considering how centrally located we were and how nice the neighborhood is! It’s very simple, two large bedrooms with comfy beds, a kitchenette like you’d find in a hotel, (microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge that works WAY better than the dorm type), large bathroom with nice shower. Couldn’t have been more perfect for 3 days with my husband and mother in law. We were aware there was no seating inside so we brought camping chairs and had space in each bedroom for one chair. We ate biscuits from Handy & Hot, (in hotel 2 doors down), on the porch at the table and chairs and it was very lovely, quiet and shady. We thought it might be noisy at night due to proximity to King but it was unbelievably quiet!

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic for shopping, restaurants and history walks. We loved being able to park at the rental and walk everywhere.

Overall was a decent experience but the WiFi was unpredictable which was challenging at times

Very nice place to stay and an ideal location! A quiet street but right in between all of the attractions. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

I came to Charleston for work. The day I arrived the Internet did not work. It took several hours for that to be fixed. That would not have been a major complaint if not for the next day there was no hot water. Due to work obligations I was unable to contact the host until later that evening. The problem was not resolved until nearly 11pm. At this point I saw no reason to report the heat/AC was not working correctly. However, the temperature was overall fine due to nice weather. For the expense of the stay I would expect a much better experience. If only one of these things occurred I would understand things happen but to have problems each day was beyond frustrating.

This is a charming property in a prime location for walking, shopping and enjoying the beauty of Charleston. We were first-timers to the city. The property was exactly as described and the owners were quick to communicate with any questions we had. We will be back!

My best girlfriend and I had the best time for a one night quick getaway for our birthdays! We came to Charleston to shop, eat, and celebrate! This location was so perfect because it was only one block off of King Street and it was right in the middle so we could go up one way, shop and drop our bags off, and then do the same in the other direction! It was very clean and the communication was amazing. Will definitely be returning to this charming, second floor apartment!

I was expecting a sitting area or at least chairs in the rooms.It stayed 80 to 82 in the afternoons when we desired to relax and never got comfortable until the middle of the night The hot water varied from hot to freezing cold.Kitchenette was a tiny spot in the hall and it has a Keurig not drip as advertised.We were very disappointed as this was a graduation gift for our daughter.

We had a wonderful time.

Historical accommodations that have all the modern conveniences. Walking around the beautiful downtown area and exploring the eateries. Quiet inside with calm decor. Looking forward to staying again next time in Charleston

Great location! Tight quarters in bathroom and could use another mirror besides the bathroom so two people could get ready at the same time. We did not have any hot water the first morning and had a cold shower but that was repaired asap. Great communication. Sweetest location. Walkable to everything and a half of a block off of King.
