Charming 2 Bedrooom Guest House on 2 acres North Conway Village.

Doug was an amazing host! We were able to bring our dog, which made our honeymoon trip even more special. The house was right outside of town and easily accessible. It was maybe a 10 minute walk to the village. Beautiful area!

Great place to stay. Great hosts

The owner was welcoming and the property was located in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from everything. But if you are looking for clean, organized, and hopefully not many germs this is not for you. There were lots of cobwebs and spiders, tons of dust, the bathroom smelled of urine and the outside of the toilet near the base was not clean, the towels had stains, the blankets had stains, the baseboards in the bedrooms were gross, and then to top it off my two-year-old found someone else’s undergarments in the couch and brought them to me.

We had a Great time in our cozy guest house in NOrth Conway! Doug was very welcoming and friendly. Easiest check in and out we’ve ever had with VRBO! Thanks Doug for a lovely time.

What a wonderful place to stay! So cozy and inviting, warm and welcoming. Very clean, super soft comfortable bed. Doug the caretaker was very friendly and we felt right at home. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were cozy, clean, well-stocked and the perfect home away from home. I cannot say enough good about our host. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect for a visit in any season. We stayed in the fall and it was a perfect location for “chasing” covered bridges and fall foliage. Located on a wooded two acre lot, just minutes away from food and entertainment venues and shopping, it also seemed a world away. Wonderful stay!

Charming place to stay within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants that I will be returning to! Good size property for your dog for the quick pees in between walks (please pick-up after). The living space revolves around the fireplace which is perfect for winter stays. Kitchen is small but has everything you need and then some and lots of storage for those things you did not know you needed until you do. Upstairs bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Only slept in the king room which had a nice mattress and beddings. Bathroom was perfectly fine, there were only 2 of us but 4 could also make due if they are patient and do not mind sharing.The hosts are the best! The kindest people and also thoughtful and just good. There was a big power outage, so the owner made sure the fire was started and flashlights and candles in the room for us. Had we been at an Inn we would have arrived to a cold, dark room, but instead we got cozy, warm firelit!If you like cozy, quant, working fireplace and truly dog friendly with the bonus of being bale to walk downtown, this is a fantastic option!

Perfect place to stay as a small family near Cranmore. Plenty of space, parking, nice amenities and close to the mountain.

When we arrived, our host m, Doug, waiting for us and graciously showed us around and offered to help us bring in our bags, etc. Doug could not have more thoughtful and hospitable. He even had some marshmallow skewers waiting in the door for us when we got back from skiing so the kids could make s’mores. 100% would stay here again.

Our over all stay was fantastic. Doug was wonderful, very helpful, very kind. I would recommend this place to all. It is in walking distance to the village.

My partner and I stayed at Doug and Andrea's lovely guest house with our dog. Doug greeted us upon arrival to give us the layout. The house is beautiful and was conveniently located to downtown North Conway. The property itself was clean and quiet and was perfect for a getaway to the mountains. We cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely be back for another trip!

This is a very cozy cottage; perfect for those who want to relax and sit by a glowing fire. The location is perfect for walking into town or taking short trips for shopping, dining, or any kind of outdoor activity imaginable.Doug is a very engaging host who makes the stay even more special!

The owner Doug was on property eager to help with any need. The place was warm cozy and comfortable. Well equip. Was perfect for the three of us. It is within walking distance to the town. Would stay again.

This property was the quintessential New England property, beams on the ceiling, wonderful fireplace, small kitchen for cooking and a very warm and homey atmosphere. Doug, the proprietor, was helpful in every way. From explaining the history of the area to giving us suggestions for dining and shopping, he was a gracious host. We stayed this summer for a trip to Storyland and more with our little one and 2 dogs. The house was in a great location, well stocked, and met all of our needs. We would definitely return again. Both Doug and Andrea were so friendly and accomodating. Thank you!
