Stayed Jan 17, 2026This is home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. James is such a pleasure to communicate with. There are restaurants, shopping and grocery stores very close by. We wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Cooperstown.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Husband and I loved staying here. Close to so many activities, food, shopping and in our case relatives and friends. James is truly such a pleasure to communicate with. Such a great host. The house is clean and has all the comforts of home. When my husband and I come to the area and we are there quite often, we wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. This is home away from home.

Stayed Oct 14, 2025Location close to main street in Cooperstown by car. Grocery store, Dunkin, McDonalds nearby. Family activities and restaurants in Cooperstown. House was clean and well supplied. Yard not suitable for young children, very close to the road and traffic.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025House was extremely clean. The location was great, it has a bar/restaurant next door and a dollar general store and gas station and winery close by. It is located on the main road and only a couple miles from town. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The house was clean and convenient for going back and forth to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. It is right next door to a restaurant/bar so easy to grab a some food or a drink after a long day of watching baseball.
