Great place to stay!

Very clean, had everything that we needed

Great location for someone who needs to go to the TTU campus. Cozy, clean, convenient house with a large backyard and high-speed internet. Pet-friendly too!

The house was exactly what we needed, but the area is a bit sketchy, and the neighbors had some sort of altercation where the police were called. A little unsettling for a family stay. Other than that one incident, it was very quiet and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this cozy house. It is close to the TTU campus and the Jones stadium. Highways are near too. The property is very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer are available upon request.

Affordable, clean, pet friendly, communication with host was timely and always friendly. Will stay again if we need to bring the dog with us.

Everything about this house is welcoming and inviting, including the host! We ended up having to extend our stay twice, and for both times the host was more than helpful. Everything in the house was clean and convenient and was only a 5 minute drive to Texas Tech which was a HUGE plus for us. We also had the pleasure of staying here during the most recent winter storm that passed through. The house stayed warm throughout and the host even came and salted the driveway for us which helped. Overall, 10/10 stay and would definitely look for this house again when needing a place to stay in Lubbock!

It is close to just about all things we needed to get to for a Texas Tech graduation. The beds were very comfortable.We enjoyed our stay!

This home is adorable. It is quaint, but clean and had everything needed for a small family or group to enjoy their time in Lubbock. It is located on a residential street North of the TTU campus, just off of Indiana Street, that seemed to have lots of working class families neighboring it. There is a park about a block behind it. If honest, upon arrival, I was a little concerned about the area, as I am not that familiar with Lubbock, but we quickly realized it was a quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Perfect location for visiting TTU. Property was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Neighborhood was quiet too.

We were driving through Lubbock and needed a place for the night. The home was kid friendly, in a safe neighborhood, very convenient, and comfortable for our 1 night stay.
