Charming 1BR Downtown Stay w. Parking

Parking spot is tight while driving in and is the other car is parked not much room to turn around. The spot located in a convenient location. Everything you need is there and the apartment is fully equipped. You might want to watch out for the vents as some insects may run from it. Enjoyed my stay.

The unit is decorated very nicely. The parking spot is very tight behind the building. There is a restaurant/bar right next door that has now moved so it was nice and quiet. The king bed is very comfy but it is difficult to get around it to the bathroom.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well appointed and conveniently located. The host company, YOURPAD, could not have been more accommodating; they go above and beyond to ensure a great visit. There is free off street parking, a small kitchen, a washer and dryer, plenty of towels and a comfy king bed. We loved the apartment!

Apartment was very nice. Close to all Charleston has to offer if willing to walk. Would recommend some chairs on the porch to enjoy the evening outside.

The biggest problem we had was all the noise from upstairs. It sounded like there was a moving company up there. It was so loud, woke us up very early in the morning Everyday We were there.And then late at night again, the noise would start up sound like people were moving out of the place.Other than that, it was a nice little spot.However, it really is not in walking distance to any of the places we wanted to go to.

We enjoyed our stay! Very charming and nicely decorated. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Quiet location near some great restaurants and a 5 minute Uber ride got us downtown. Definitely recommend!

Great location downtown.

The place is in a great location within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything needed was supplied. We would highly recommend this place. The only negative would be not to try to get a Dodge Ram truck into parking spot behind unit. A smaller SUV or car would be better.

We enjoyed out stay and would recommend this listing for anyone seeking a stay in Charleston.

Great place to stay!

Great stay! We needed to extend a few nights and host was very accommodating. Nice decor and comfy king bed. Great location and walkable to most of Charleston!

The bathroom sink drain was very slow.

Host was very communicative and welcoming. The location was perfect to walk to everything. It was a perfect size for 2 people.

Place was as described and in good condition. Excellent location in Charleston. Heater went out day of unusual cold spell (low 30s). Couldn’t get it fixed but hosts moved us to another unit in the building. Would stay again.

This spot is well located — I thought it might be too far from downtown, but it turned out to be an enjoyable walk! The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is delightful. There are thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, like makeup removal cloths and luxurious toiletries. Yes, bring earplugs if you want to sleep before 11 — the music next door turns off promptly and is much quieter on rainy nights.

The city market was incredible and within walking distance. The room was very clean and had all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this room for a great Charleston experience.

Very well done rehab of unit. The bar next door can get pretty loud, but does wind down around 11pm. Bedroom is a tight fit to walk to bathroom, but manageable for an average size person of which we are. Managnent seems very responsive. Unit was clean. Couch and bed could use updating as they say and can get uncomfortable quickly. Starting to sag. Over all, great stay fur short term weekend.

Attractively decorated accommodation. But Bedroom is tight though and shower has little to no water pressure.

We absolutely loved this true Charleston home — full of character and Southern charm! Love the new couch!!! The location is perfect — just a short walk to local favorites like The Co-Op and Holy Bagel (both are must-visits!). The neighborhood felt very safe, and Fuel next door has a great laid-back vibe — perfect spot to grab a cold drink and unwind.Bonus: Miss Patricia’s iconic house from Southern Charm is less than a mile away, so don’t miss a peaceful stroll through one of Charleston’s most beautiful areas.

I stayed here for a long weekend with two of my girlfriends. We were very pleased with how easy check in was and how cute the place was. The only issue we had was the pull out was broken and that was not communicated prior to my check in. They did provide an air mattress, but we booked this place to accommodate 3 people in beds not on an air mattress. A little frustrating, but overall it was a good experience.

The apartment was just as pictured. Great location - walk to everywhere. Yes there is a bar next door which can be a tad noisy but the listing does mention this and it’s over by 11. Stayed with my 25 year old daughter and we had a blast. The free wine was an added bonus! Little grocery market around the corner was very convenient. Will definitely stay again!

Great interior and wonderful use of space. Couldn't be more convenient to all the things you want to see downtown. Be mindful of the restaurant below. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's noisy until 11pm.

Mini vacation with my college age daughter and she loved everything about the property including decor. Location was easy walk to King Street and all major sites.

Place was very cute that is why I booked it. Weekends can be a little loud do to a Restaurant near the bedroom window. A sound machine would be helpful. Fans are not loud enough. But a great location.

The accommodation was perfect!! What a lovely spot to come back to at the end of a fun sightseeing day. We were able to walk everywhere from this location.

Good proximity to downtown. The only observation I would share is that the property is adjacent to a restaurant with outdoor seating. Music plays till 11:00. Not too loud but you are aware of it. Otherwise property was clean and well kept.
