Description

My home is my sanctuary. It is one block from the Santa Barbara Mission, in a tucked away spot encircled by hedges. Nearby are the Natural History Museum, The Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens, and downtown.

The house has a private hedged front garden with a fountain, and a shady front porch. The three interior bedrooms are well-separated from one another, and each has its own bath. The 3rd BR has only a half bath, and is currently used as a TV room, with a sofa that can sleep one. It has a barn door that can be left open to living room or closed off.

There is a 4th studio detached from the house which has a full bed but no bathroom.

There is a formal dining room and a well equipped kitchen with kitchenaid fridge, viking stove, and a stackable washer/dryer.

The house has some funky 1930s elements but was largely remodeled in 2011.
