Great place to stay with dogs! The dog park is in behind the home’s backyard! There’s also a nice paved path right there also. Very clean, updated older home in a convenient, quiet location! We enjoyed our stay and loved visiting Sheridan.

Great stay at this house, host was communicative and helpful, clean property, easy check in, fenced in yard for our dog, and a dog park and walking trail along creek behind the property. We had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Convenient location, kitchen looks to be recently remolded and had nice appliances. I really enjoyed all of the wonderful live plants, made it feel more home like (I have plant envy!). There was a burn ban so wasn’t able to use the fire pit, but there was plenty of wood and kindling if we could have. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was not ready for our stay, it was filthy grungy with an overgrown lawn and no internet. I should have taken more photos since they are worth a 1000 words, but I was on a timeline to get to my first family vacation event.I called twice to the phone number provided by the host and got a woman’s computer-generated voice mail so I used VRBO's email system. The entire communication thread with Wyo Stays Property Management is attached. It's full of excuses! VRBO refunded their small portion of the reservation instantly when I contacted customer service (which I did not expect since they fulfilled their end of the agreement). Currently, I have not received a refund from Wyo Stays - Vacation Rentals & Property Management and the host (Dalton Goodyear) who works for Wyo is ghosting me.

Loved the ability to bring our dog, and dog park behind the house with fenced in yard. House was cute, but needed more than one small couch to sit on besides wood chairs. No internet the whole time so no tv available.

This was a great place to spend a few days while visiting our daughter at college—close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. We wanted to see if it would be good for our two dogs too next time, and the back yard with access to a dog park/walking path is perfect for that!

We went to Wyoming for Longmire Days in Buffalo but decided to stay in Sheridan because it has so much to offer in entertainment and restaurants, snd it’s a good central spot to travel to other areas in WY. The house was immaculately clean, impressively restored and very comfortable fir our visit.

This was our 2nd stop on a cross-country move. After booking I was instantly spammed with marketing from the management company by email/text. After 9 hours of driving we were greeted by a swarm of wasps under the front porch stairs as we tried to enter. I was stung on both ankles. We checked for a back door. It was locked. Since I was already having an allergic reaction, my husband sacrificed himself to cross the swarm and unlocked the back door. He was stung in both legs. We messaged the property manager. He responded immediately but their representative didn't show to fix the problem for a couple hours. I requested a key for the back door since we couldn't leave and lock the property. Wasp spray didn't fix the problem and a key wasn't available so we were stuck. They suggested we just leave the property unlocked. We were promised a partial credit, but it wasn't applied for 8 days and only after I followed up. The mgmt co is great at auto replies and canned marketing but follow through and exterior care of the property is lacking, including long grass out back and tall weeds around the porch. The neighborhood seemed safe. The interior was clean and well appointed. It sould have been a nice quiet stay, instead I itched for a week after and had to stop for benedryl. I feel sorry for the owner, but I can't recommend any property under WyoStays management. They're easy to spot...no refund policy.
