Charming 1-bedroom Guesthouse in amazing Ozona with Free Parking & WiFi

It’s very dark when entering the backyard at night. Also, they have a trashcan set up in front of the gate to enter the portion where they door to get into the listing is. We also found that some of the outlets didn’t work and a lot of the others are impeded by furniture, specifically in the bedroom.The yard also looks nothing like the pictures. There was a large amount of debris and overgrowth.We have generally had good luck with Vrbo and other rental services that are not hotels. I likely wouldn’t stay here again.The fridge also had food from the previous tenants and the freezer had unfinished frozen desserts that had spoons in them.

True to the listing this is a guest house that does not have air conditioning in the kitchen or living room area so in summer this is very warm. the bedroom and bathroom are air conditioned. It has the basics but bring your own phone chargers and toiletries. The location is nice and close to restaurants and the beach. Close to the Pinellas trail and is in a safe area. the only reason I gave a lower rating for the check in process was because the previous renter left late and we were not able to check in until 5:45 pm due to that.

The check-in process was super easy and the guest quarters were great. Host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend!
