I loved the cottage- charming. Lots of wildlife but I was expecting giraffe nearby (from the description). I did a litter pick and would love to see more information about helping with this/efforts to improve. We cannot keep blaming other people, not rely on others. The restaurant was fantastic! I would liked to have seen better recycling facilities

We only stayed one night at Sanctuary Farm but really enjoyed it. Rose Cottage was lovely and very comfortable, Dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful, and our after-dinner game drive was much better than expected - we saw hippos, giraffe, hyenas, bush babies etc - fantastic! Highly recommend

Sanctuary Farm Naivasha – Rose Cottage is an absolute gem! A huge thank you for a wonderful weekend in this idyllic setting. The cottage was charming, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay with children. There was plenty of space for them to run around and enjoy nature, and seeing wildlife up close was a truly magical experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The restaurant was fantastic, serving absolutely delicious food, and the stable staff were so kind and professional, making the experience even more special. We truly appreciated the tranquility, the stunning surroundings, and the family-friendly atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved everything about our stay at the Rose cottage: the amazing location, the serene atmosphere. The cottage itself provided everything we needed and was spotless. Only downside: it was hard to leave!!!

We really loved our stay at Rose Cottage. It was a comfy, nicely laid out space. Felix was really responsive when we needed anything. The restaurant was great! Only minor suggestions: having someone greet us or check in with us when we arrived would've helped us orient ourselves a bit more quickly, but we certainly managed. For example, we didn't realize that we could be at the restaurant past 6:45--we thought that was when we had to leave by because of the hippos. We found out on our second night that we'd get a lift back! Again, very small things to mention and they didn't adversely impact our stay or our impressions! Thank you again for everything!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose cottage on the sanctuary farm. It was wonderful to be so close to the animals and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the on-site restaurant. The food was good, but it was far too expensive for what it was, with a glass of wine costing almost double what one would pay in other nearby restaurants. It was also indicated that we should book in advance and the set menu was the only option. In fact, we saw others were ordering from the menu and we would have preferred to do this if we had known.

Positives: Beautiful setup with all that was needed in the kitchen to cook. Nice Views and great property to relax in. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Negatives/Improvement: More detailed map to help with exploring the property would be nice, more detailed list of what is available in the kitchen to know what can be cooked. Safe was not useable upon arrival and despite reporting to mgmt, housekeeping never fixed it. Binoculars were left behind at checkout but instead of being notified by mgmt via housekeeping, they just set them on the table and moved on to another house. Thankfully we returned to locate them.
